Misleading conduct: Unprofessional, cancel viewings with extremely short notice when they get offers. Also they run late on viewings & do not call tenant to let them know. On the same day of confirming a viewing, 2 hours later told it was cancelled as an offer had been accepted. Messed around, misled & wasted time.
