I want to say a big thank you for making Kizzi look and smell amazing and also it was her first time at Mucky Pups and she really enjoyed it and when I went to pick her up she was so relaxed. So now we definitely have a new dog groomer for Kizzi and we look forward to seeing you again

Would give no stars if possible, took my collie for a trim & bath a few days ago, he was in need of a good heavy trim & dematting. When i went to pick him up, i did not recognise my dog, he had been shaved to the bone (almost) and now looks more like a wippet than a collie. I was asked if i wanted him shaving or cutting & i did respond (expecting them to know what they are doing & trusting them) by saying " i don't know, he has been shaved a bit by previous groomers, just give him a good heavy trim". I was so angry & now i am just disappointed & i feel terrible every time i look at my dog. I will never take my dog back to this place.
I took my dog in for a trim, we washed him ourselves, he had been here previously and they knew he was reactive to other dogs. When we went to pick him up his front tooth was hanging out, we immediately rushed him to the vets as it was a Saturday they were limited what they could do, they removed the hanging part of the tooth and gave him a pain killing injection and booked him in for Monday to have an operation to remove the root of the tooth. It cost us £296.00.I contacted Mucky Pups who gave us three different versions of how this happened and then said he might have come in like that, which is ridiculous, if my dog is hurt the very last thing I would put him through is a trim. I gave permission to my vet to speak to them and since then despite numerous attempts they have ignored me. I was not going to upload a review as it is a small business but the poor service and the fact they ignored my contact attempts leave me no choice. I will not however upload photographs as it is a step to far.

Took my cockapoo here for the first time, and she has come out with the BEST groom she has ever had in four years. We have tried many groomers and this one is by far the best cut she has had. Smells lovely too. Definitley will continue to use them moving forward. Also to mention they fit me in last minute too. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant. Wanted to get my dads dog pampered and cleaned up ready for the end her extended stay with me while he was away. Mucky pups were fantastic with her, made here feel welcome and did a great job. She looks and smells fantastic, like a brand new dog. Highly recommended.
My 14 week cockapoo Daisy had a great pampering, bath and claws clipped. First time for her so I was a little nervous! The lady made friends with Daisy straight away and she looks and smells lovely. Definitely go back
