Amazing, I came in having never been to the shop before. The last barber shop I went to had done a poor job. Chris was able to fix the issue and have a great conversation at the same time!
Definitely recommend Mothy (Tim). Initially had some confusion when asking for Tim, as he apparently goes by Mothy, but in the end I had an amazing trim, would highly recommend him

I booked one of Curfew Grooming’s free training appointments at their Hackney Wick shop and it was brilliant. The team were welcoming, the space is spotless, and my barber really listened. Usually decent but yesterday was really bad - my barber starting cutting my hair for a slick back style initially, even though I never mentioned this at all, and had to correct him. It was also not the first time he’s cut my hair, which makes it even more bizzare. Didn’t listen to me, kinda did his own thing and ignored specific instructions. Super dissappointing given I like this place. Will go back again and change my rating if next time is good.
Since moving to East London, this place has been a dream! Both barbers I've had have been excellent and personable but not too interfering. Seems like they've read my mind everytime I've been as I always come out with the cut I want. Prices are super reasonable too! Class lads.
Finally, after trying a few barbers in the area, found Marcus. I have a long beard, which many barbers find difficult and he trimmed it perfectly. Haircut was great as well. Thank you, hope to see you again soon.
Good barbers, but the place is too small for three barber and three clients at the same time. No place to hang your jacket or wait for your barber if they are late or if you come 5 minutes early. Was not a problem during summer, but in winter you have to wait outside in the rain/cold
Really friendly staff who work in a nice consultative manner and clearly know what they are doing. Barbers there are also very personable but won’t force you into conversation if you just wanna chill and get your hair cut.
Moved to East London a year ago and I have been looking for my new barber shop for a long time. Finally found it and Danilo is very talented! Will definitely come back every month.
