I asked for a simple scissor cut and gave clear instructions, but the barber completely ignored everything I said. It felt like he had no idea what he was doing totally untrained and careless. The result is one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, right before important business meetings. A total waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Getting a trim with Mario is honestly like a 2-in-1 haircut and therapy session. His skill, professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. You walk out looking fresh and feeling even better. In today’s world, that kind of vibe is exactly what men need. Mario is easily one of the most popular barbers in East London - always in high demand and for good reason! The shop seriously needs a Luigi to team up with Mario just to keep up! There hasn’t been a perfect duo since Salah and Mario – these two sharpen your fade and lift your mood like pros! Hope the owner’s taking note!

I had a really nice experience at Noor when I was traveling the UK with my kids, visiting California. Mohsin did a nice haircut on me, very clean and professonal. Mario did the haircut for my little boy, and he looked great. Even some friends & family of Mario were there and took pictures with my boy. Back in California, people pay a lot of money for haircuts, double what they charge here. Good quality, good prices, nice guys who work there.

I recently visited for a haircut, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The barber who attended to me did not seem very professional or well-trained but he tried his best to satisfy me. Several issues stood out: 1. Quality of the Cut: The haircut did not meet my expectations. It was uneven and not what I requested. 2. Skill Level: The barber seemed inexperienced and unsure of their technique. 3. Attention to Detail: There were multiple instances where the barber seemed to rush through the process without paying attention to the details I mentioned.

I went in at around 10:30 waiting to be served, when the barber finished cutting someone else’s hair they told me to wait for another barber, i waited for about 30 minutes until he arrived “late”. The haircut was good until the guy started my shape up, didn’t ask me before doing it and just went in, he went too high and made me look stupid with a masive forehead.

Salah is really friendly and knows exactly how to communicates my need. Most importantly, he cuts my hair very well!

I went for a haircut on Monday. After a hair transplant over a year ago, I specifically said to the guy, I was growing my hair for charity and he just needed a clean of the neck and side burns. He said: ok. However, he got clippers and started shaving one side at number 1!!! Not happy, he did one side longer than the other, tried to make it good with scissors, but he only made it worse I looked visibly upset, but I was fairly nice to the guy, just said it was shorter than what I wanted. He didn't finish the job proper. Neck isn't clean, hair in the ears weren't done and the sides are not good. I will have to go cut my hair again in a couple of weeks to adjust. This has set me back of at least 3 or 4 months from my goal of giving my hair to charity. Not happy at all! £15 for a hair cut done by people who can't understand your needs... spend £21 and further down the road (on Stratford high street) you get a haircut and a wash...

If you pass by this barbershop please don’t think about getting a haircut. Run! As far as you can. They are so impatient and one of the guy who was “serving” me showed himself irritated by my requests as he didn’t understand me. I also noticed they speak between each other with their language about me. At the end they ask me to pay 18 when a normal haircut was 15. When I get back home I realised my hair were uneven and on the back of my next still full of long hair. This barbershop is a disgrace.

Kaiwan has cut my hair a few times now and every time he has been excellent. I am very particular about my hair and Kaiwan does it exactly how I want it. Also Sandi has cut my hair a few times also and is excellent every time. Both guys are very very good. Low skin fade with scissor cut. 10/10 I will continue to come back here.
