Charlotte is great. Pixie loves her time at 'the spa'. She is always well looked after and always looks (and smells) great when I pick her up. I can't fault Charlotte at all, I even get my next appointment arranged for me when I pick her up.
This was the first time we took peanut as our regular groomer was unwell, she fitted him in and was absolutely brilliant. We love his cut and he came home bouncing. He looks gorgeous and smells divine.
