   Had a brilliant experience selling my house - the whole team were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I mainly dealt with Tom, who kept me well updated and always found solutions when things didn’t go quite as smoothly as we’d hoped. He made the process feel as easy as possible and clearly puts 110% into what he does. I also spoke to Ben, Jack, and Tracey a few times over the phone - all were equally lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

   I cannot recommend Tom, Jack and the staff highly enough. After using other estate agents who did not market my house effectively I transferred to Open House who were amazing. Got me a flurry of buyers, got me the asking price and held my hand every step of the process like I was their only customer. The information flow was amazing and I felt like a very valued customer. They saw my sale through, negotiated a smooth transition into a new home that was marketed with another agent, went the extra mile even guiding through the solicitors process. I have no negatives at all. If you are looking to sell do not hesitate to take them as your agent. From Jack who showed us the apartments, to Dom who sorted all the checks and paperwork for us, and Michael the caretaker who was very prompt anytime we had an issue!    If you want to sell your house, go with the best, go with OPEN HOUSE. Tom, the Manager, is young, friendly, enthusiastic and super efficient. Open House is a family owned business with a great and friendly sales team who are always there, to advise and answer any questions on the sale of your property. Our property, was sold STC within 2 weeks of being marketed with Open House. We couldn't have been more happy with the help and advice we recieved. So a big, Well Done, to Tom and all the team.    I would like to say, everyone at Openhouse really did a good job at selling our house. Our house had been on the market with a different agent we had only 3 viewer's in over a year. Open house agent's took over the selling and sold it within a few months. All the office staff were brilliant especially Tom, he was so polite and fixed every question we gave to him. I could go on forever about these people.

   Open House sold our property in September 2022. Tom was nothing but professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process (and the whole team there were the same). He made everything very easy to navigate and took a lot of the stress away from us. He recommended solicitors, surveyors, electricians etc which made the process even easier for us ! I would not hesitate in recommending them in the future and would use them again if I was in a position of buying or selling.
