“It was over all great experience on my tenancy with Martin & co. They were quick to respond with any issues being raised and gave me all the support towards the end of tenancy. Ian and Angela and rest of the team were all helpful and supportive. Thank you for the great service team!”
“Thank you to Gemma, Karley and Lewis in the way they handled the sale of my property from beginning to end. Having received very poor service from two other local agents, I switched to Your Move and within weeks they had sold it, when that sale fell through, they sold it again within a week and that sale has now completed. I would recommend them to others, especially if you want people to be actively selling your home. thank you all.”
“A 5 stars-review doesn’t even begin to cover how amazing our experience was with Open House Keighley! From Jack who showed us the apartments, to Dom who sorted all the checks and paperwork for us, and Michael the caretaker who was very prompt anytime we had an issue! Without a doubt, Open House has been the best agency I have dealt with in 5 years of living in England. Everyone is so professional, friendly and exteremely helpful!”
“It's definitely the staff that made my visit special. Maisie, Angela and John were amazing, professional, attentive and friendly. Both a credit to the hotel and you're very lucky to have them. Food was super lovely, and the full English was the best I have ever had and made by Chris. Thank you chef x the grounds are stunning too x can't wait to come back x”
“Currently going through the process of buying a property, Sarah Ainge has been absolutely great to deal with, she’s been available for any questions regardless of time and date. Happy to be going through a stressful process with someone so brilliant. Thank you Sarah”
“A fantastic place to stay in the centre of Keighley. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was also an ideal size and came with complimentary toiletries. Located just a stone’s throw away from the centre of Keighley, the rooms are very close to both the train and bus stations. It was a great value stay and if I find myself in Keighley again, I’ll be sure to stay here!”
“Location - magical. I had to hold my breath coming through to the farm. Good job it’s not that long a journey off the main road, really. Rooms - I stayed in a single room no 1, en-suite. Don’t like single rooms normally, but this is a huge exception. Cozy, comfortable, I had all the things I needed and a comfy window seat looking out at more, erm, magic. See location. I could swear there were lanterns and pixies at night out there Service - Paula is a saint. I’ve thrown every odd request in the book at her. Arrived late, forgot my room keys, some dastardly, unreasonable breakfast request. No problem. Other stuff - there is wicked circular run out of the door with some stunning views. - the outdoor seating is fab, and there is a bbq - I was here for work in Ilkley but would happily come back for leisure - easy to get to Skipton or Ilkley or Bradford”
“Great B&B Vanessa is very accommodating, the breakfast is great. The rooms are clean warm and inviting. Following our 2nd visit this year, as ever a great stay if I could add a star for customer service”
“Great site, likely the best ablutions I've ever seen at a camp site ever! Staff were fab, friendly and very helpful. Great location to look around the area and the local pubs where fab also for food.”
“My Labrador Ruby spent her first week at the Moss side kennels. She was noticeably very happy when she went in and equally happy when we collected her. This is a lovely well-run kennels, set in a beautiful location, clean and very well run. All the staff treat your pet as if it was their own. She’s been extremely well looked after by all. I’m so glad my daughter found these brilliant kennels and cattery and I would always know that my nearly 12 year old Labrador Ruby would be very happy there. Thankyou so much for caring for her Gary and Ruth and all the lovely kennel girls and boys. From Christine Hopkins ( very satisfied customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Lovely old pub in a beautiful setting with a good selection of beers. We visited in the winter so sat indoors but will definitely be going back next summer for a outdoor pint .”

“Just returned from our third visit to Westfield Lodge, Oxhenhope near Haworth. A different apartment every time and every one was warm, cosy and welcoming with a well behaved TV and an abundance of hot water. Lovely location and totally dog friendly with walking paths over the moors leading in every direction. The Staff are always bright, cheery and helpful. Apart from the weather at times, we have yet to find a negative at these lodges. Thank you for another great visit, Margaret, Lynne and especially Ruby (Lakeland Terrier) who again gratefully received her gift back of boney biscuits.”
“Just had 4 nights here (room 9) and we were very impressed. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I think it was a king size bed and it was spot on. The bathroom is a decent size and tea / coffee / biscuits were replaced daily. The room is well decorated and has everything you could need. Shower wasnt brilliant but once you master the art of getting the temperature right, its absolutely fine. Other rooms have proper showers (this was a bath with a shower head) and to be fair we were given a choice on arrival. Certainly not a complaint though, everything worked fine and the bathroom was perfectly good enough. It had a shaving point which was handy. Never noticed any noise from the road outside and to be honest it isn't exactly a major junction. The owner (forgive me I don't remember her name) was lovely and very welcoming. We didn't eat breakfast but it did smell good! A very short walk into the town and a supermarket over the road. There is some parking available. There are two spaces outside the guest house but finding parking in neighbouring roads was very easy. If you can't get parked outside the guest house, we parked in Pembroke Street which is a 30 second walk at the very most and unrestricted parking throughout. We paid nearly £100 per night which I thought was very reasonable (late August). All in all we had 4 very pleasant nights here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking for a guest house in skipton. Thank you Highfield Guesthouse for a lovely stay.”
“First stayed at this place 30 years ago went back for a two night break last week It was brilliant nice host David couldn't do enough for us very homely and kind Thanks David Joe and Cynthia”
“Well located, street parking outside, surprisingly spacious inside with large lounge and 2 very good sized bedrooms. Very well appointed and has a log burner which makes it very cosy.”
“Lovely place. The breakfast was unbeatable! The couple who run it are really kind and will do anything to help.”
“Martin and Claire were the perfect hosts. Lovely house at the quiet end of town, with a gorgeous garden. Will stay again when we visit.”
“Excellent space with modern touches and good kitchen facilities throughout. Very clean and with an easy check-in/check-out, made this a memorable visit. I will definitely use again if in the area.”
“We arranged a special 90th birthday party/meal with 40 guests. The girls serving the food were absolutely fantastic and brilliant at their job. Always with a welcoming smile and happy to help with anything. Food was delicious and large portions too. The restaurant has been decorated well and is very inviting.”
“Excellent traditional pub where the landlord and locals are very friendly. Real log fire and well kept beers. Ignore the clearly fake reviews from 10 months ago, probably from troublemakers with an axe to grind.”
“Always make u welcome when u go in and very helpful and warm place to go in”
“Right in the centre of Haworth this is a very old pub with connections to the Bronty family via there brother brother Bramwell. Today it serves good pub food that can cope even on big weekends like Steampunk. A big selection of beers and I suggest you try Theakstons Old Peaculiar. It has a great little outside seating area where you can look over to the Vintage shop the Souk or just watch the people entertainment or visitors pass by. Try it try the OP I am sure you will enjoy it. I cant tell you about the rooms as we have never stayed but everything else is great.”
“Stayed for just one night to visit a family function. Hosts were marvelous, peaceful location, 2 good size bedrooms one with a shower room. One with a bathroom. Beautiful, immaculate. Would 100% recommend it.”
