Excellent lunchtime menu which is great value for money. The service was both friendly and efficient. The food was superb, best garlic mushrooms I have ever had.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a one night stopover, the room was clean and bed comfortable. We had an evening meal in the bar restaurant with good freshly cooked food. The hotel overall looks a little bit tied and could do with updating in places, a good stay all the same.
We had our wedding here, just wow. Angela was absolutely brilliant we felt like family the cost included food and DJ, which I have to say every single guest said the food we chose was amazing everyone went for a 2nd plate full. From consultation and viewing all the way to big day we met regularly and she kept us up to date with everything made sure that all our wishes and demands were fulfilled. All the staff went above and beyond. A special mention to bar staff who kept us all entertained with there dancing while serving. They treated us like royalty. We will be back for our Sunday roast and a pint. Included in price we also got a complimentary stay. The room was lovely felt very homely. 10/10 for cleanliness and comfort. We threw all sorts of curveball's at Angela with our Pagan wedding throwing tradition out of the window but in true spirit she took it in her stride. Thankyou again angela and all the staff. Stayed for a work trip and was slightly disappointed in the room, however it served its purpose. The sky TV was limited the room very dated and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The décor and furniture could do with an update and freshen up but the grounds themselves where beautiful and the staff and service was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely had the full English which was fantastic and the eggs Benedict were also great.
It's definitely the staff that made my visit special. Maisie, Angela and John were amazing, professional, attentive and friendly. Both a credit to the hotel and you're very lucky to have them. Food was super lovely, and the full English was the best I have ever had and made by Chris. Thank you chef x the grounds are stunning too x can't wait to come back x
Steeton Hall Hotel was brilliant for our family trip away. We were given room number 8 which was brilliant. Amazing big bed, room for a cot and gorgeous bay windows which had gorgeous views to wake up to. Our two-year-old had plenty of room to run around also! And the bath was ideal. The service at the hotel was unbelievable. The staff were so welcoming and warm to us and they helped us so much with the little one in regards to food etc. They are all incredibly friendly and nice! The location is great, a little bit of a walk to the nearest place but a lovely walk none the less.
O/n stay here whilst attending a family funeral. We had a good sized room on the first floor, which was very quiet. Booking in was very smooth. We ate. in the restaurant. Good honest food. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Not knowing the area at all, we chose this hotel, because of it's proximity to Silsden. It was a very good choice. Thank you..
Only called I'm for some drinks but nice place. Friendly staff lovely looking hotel and grounds. I didn't stay the night or eat but I see and smell the food and it looked great. I would go there for a meal sometime.
Oh we're to start ., we travelled from Staffordshire to attend a competition , booked hotel room and meal , the food is absolutely mouth watering ! Five star to the chef -and the team ! Thank you so much for great hospitality, and after care with a packed lunch to take with us to tue competition as it was a long 10 hour day ! This touch was beyond going the extra mile in customer service ! Will be back again !! Keep up the great work !
The first thing I need to say about this hotel is the food is absolutely amazing! The best food I have ever eaten in a hotel ever! I had the lamb Henry on the evening and a breakfast and carvery the next day it was all to die for! The room was beautiful, very clean and the jacuzzi bath was a lovely touch. The grounds are beautiful to look at, The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, very helpful and attentive, all in all this is the best hotel Iv ever stayed in with amazing staff and food and I will definitely be back! :)
