Jemma and James were amazing. Property put on market in July and sale was completed early December. Excellent service from start to finish, definitely went above and beyond with the help they gave us, especially since we were out of the country for most of the time. Thank you to Gemma, Karley and Lewis in the way they handled the sale of my property from beginning to end. Having received very poor service from two other local agents, I switched to Your Move and within weeks they had sold it, when that sale fell through, they sold it again within a week and that sale has now completed. We’ve recently taken a tenancy and worked closely with Lewis to get the property and the contracts sorted. So far Lewis has been fantastic and it’s been a real fresh of breath air dealing with Your Move as they’ve been really professional, efficient, speedy, honest and helpful in getting everything sorted. We’ve rented with Holroyds for the past 4 years and are so glad to know we’re going to be dealing with a much better letting agency. There’s issues from 4 years ago Holroyds and the landlord still haven’t sorted, yet Your Move and our new landlord were sorting things out the very next day. Can’t ask for anything better really.

Would have given 5 star rating but lawyers i used through your move didn't match up to estate agent.
Kyra, Evie and the rest of the lettings team at Your Move were very helpful and despite me breaking my leg and having trouble with a tenant (no fault of theirs) they helped me solve some difficult issues and were very patient with me when i asked them to stop searching when i was deciding to sell and figuring my own life out. They are thorough in their checks and take the time to explain things fully and always try their best to help resolve everything and go above and beyond. If i was still renting in the area (I sold my house after a while) i would still use them. I had a unique situation with a room to let in a house that wasn't quite a licensed (as wasn't enough rooms) HMO and wasn't a simple one tenant/family BTL situation, and they adapted their contracts and processes to suit my needs. Evie in particular has been great at keeping us up to date with the whole process & felt she was doing her very best to get things moving. They were always there at the other end of the phone when I needed them & always polite & courteous even when I may have been slightly frustrated. I can't speak highly enough about Your Move in Keighley they are the best letting agents I have ever used and would definitely recommend them to family, friends and anyone wishing to rent a property. From the moment Evie phoned me to say I could put in an application for the house, I am now renting, she kept me up to date with the process and it was a pleasure to speak to her, nothing was too much trouble and she was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
