Called on Thursday morning about a property listed on Wednesday evening. I was told they were waiting for the vendors before they could book me in for a viewing. Heard nothing Friday so called them back Monday, no answer. Called Tuesday to be told the block viewings were all on Monday and that's it as they had received offers at the asking price. On asking why I was not called back for a slot, I got an 'I don't know, let us look into it and call you back'. Just like the first time they promised to call me back I got no response. This time however when I tried calling through to the office on numerous occasions there was nobody answering the phone. Atrocious
