Stayed with this landlord for two years running. Family run business and it shows in how they run it. Down to earth, helpful, efficient and just nice people. Always dealt with anything as soon as they could, can’t recommend enough. Thank you to Angela and her father.
Cannot recommend Triple A Lets enough! Angela and her father are two of the nicest people who were always around when you needed them. Her father lives relatively close to all properties and Angela would only be a phone call away. They made the process of giving keys and handing in keys easy and maintenance issues were dealt within 24 to 48 hours. Best landlords in Hyde park :)
One of the better landlords in Leeds. Small and family ran rather than a bigger company which was nice. Very friendly. Angela's father lives close enough to help with minor fixes but far enough away not to be a bother. Any concerns were mostly taken seriously. There was a rat/mouse issue and specialists were brought in after we prompted her to take further action. Deposit was given back almost in full - overall good experience.
