Clare and the team at HPS were brilliant throughout my tenancy. They were more than helpful and always available to resolve any issues promptly. Highly recommend.
House was cheap, not the nicest but exactly what I expected for the price so I was more than happy. Can't fault the service. Clare and the team were extremely quick to attend to maintenance complaints (sometimes the maintenance guy would be there in 10 mins) and any problems got sorted almost immediately. Had problems with the boiler in winter and it got sorted as quickly as possible which we really appreciated. Overall very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
