   I've had a good experience so far with the staffs, especially, Iacopo​ Garone (Jac). He is my property consultant. I find him very informative and always answer my email very quickly, also trying his best to help me sort out many matters. 10 thumbs up for Jac! :-)

   I personally had a good experience with rent inc and would use them again when thinking of letting/student lets. We had our repairs seen to almost immediately and any issues they would communicate with use. We were in a seemingly nice property, modern and to a high standard, which may differ compared to others, where they may have been likely to experience more issues. So that may have helped. I would use them again if I required another student let. We personally had no issues with deposit, left flat in good condition and this was reflected when we had our whole deposit returned to us. Property management team really helpful Matt was really helpful and could approach them whenever needed and would always make effort to contact back.
