   The best landlords we could ask for! Always round sorting any problems within a day if not hours after reported. LV Properties were so lovely and helpful when it came to finding our student house and still always make sure we’re getting the best student experience whilst living in an amazing space. Kat and Alex are extremely efficient and give good and sensible advice on all levels from current market trends on rents, utilities plus necessities and decor appeal to students when renovating properties.

   Anyone looking to rent in Leeds look no further than LV Properties! Kat provides an amazing service - friendly, kind and patient! Not only is she super easy going but she is so thorough with all information from the point of viewing the property, to signing, moving in and actually living here now. She’s there at a minutes notice and is more than happy to help with absolutely anything. We currently live in one of the most gorgeous homes in Headingley with the best landlady ever! Thanks for everything Kat, so happy to be spending another year here!

   Now at postgraduate level I have had my fair share of bad letting agents, people who are motivated only by money. LV properties are completely the opposite, providing an amazing service. Kat will go above and beyond to help all of her tenants and makes everything so easy. They actually understand the needs of a student so limit any additional stress, something any student would appreciate. 5/5 would defiantly recommend.

   After struggling to find a house last year, me and 2 friends found LV properties. Kat and Alex showed us around a beautiful 3 bedroom Penthouse that we currently call home. I could not ask for better Landlords, Alex and Kat made the move so easy and accommodated for everything we needed and are lovely people. They have continued this support and are just a text away. Any problems or questions we have are answered and sorted straight away. And we also get puppy cuddles from their adorable dog, Monty! Thank you so much LV for making us feel welcome from day 1 and for our lovely house! We will be staying another year and would definitely recommend to anyone.
