   Me and my friends signed a contract with Springwell to share at university and they made the whole year unbelievably stressful and all in all it was just an awful experience having them as our landlords. The staff in the headingley office are very rude and not helpful in the slightest. Anytime there was a problem they made it almost impossible to have a normal conversation with them without there being an argument. And to top it all off they charged us £630 for a clean of the house post tenancy when the house was left in the exact same condition we came into it in. I would love to be able to have a conversation with someone higher up in the company to discuss this further. I would highly discourage anyone from signing with this agency.

   Worst experience I’ve had with a property agency. My move in date was the 16th of September and when I went to collect my keys they said that they didn’t have one for me and only had the landlords keys. I’ve drove down from Manchester and thank God I wasn’t planning on staying that day because I would have be left with no way of getting into the house. They said that they would leave my keys in the safe for me to collect after overs . I called to check if it arrived and said they would call me back , no one called me to tell me my keys had arrived. So I’ve had to call them to ask yet again! On top of that, the app doesn’t work so every time I tried to contact them through the app I couldn’t. When I called on the 19th they said the keys were available but couldn’t leave it in the key safe for me to collect after overs. That i would have to go the next day. This is not acceptable as I’ve paid rent on a house I’ve not actually been able to live in. This process has been extremely frustrating. I hope I’m not made to pay the days that I’ve not lived in the house.

   Glad me and my Girlfriend rented with Springwell. I liked the fact that there isn't loads of staff so when you phone up it's more like talking to a mate. Staff are always eager to help and made the year we spent renting with them one of the best we've had in headingley.

   After I had such good service from the Team at Springwell on North Lane I recommended them to my daughter who was looking for professional tenants for her rental property in Headingley. Ben and Brad met her the day after she contacted them and new tenants were found and signed up in 3 days. They were also really helpful to her sorting out their maintenance team to do a few necessary repairs before the new tenants viewed it. Fabulous service again. Many Thanks

   Plenty of issues with property which never got fully sorted. Everytime something broke or didn’t work a botched repair job would be the only option. Cut the communal garden area 2 times in the whole year with the garden areas being fully overgrown with weeds etc. Lack of cleaning the communal hallway as this was used by 6 flats but never once cleaned in a year. Overall wouldn’t recommend to use
