   I can't thank KW Estates enough for the superb service they provided when selling my father's house. It was a difficult sale, and a quite e few issues cropped up during the process. When things cropped up, the response from Andy and Caz was always fantastic. They made sure that things were dealt with quickly and professionally. They kept their fingers on the pulse, and made sure that we were always well informed. When anyone in the process was dragging their feet, Andy or Caz intervened immediately and got things moving again. The friendliness and professionalism that they showed was terrific, and they made us feel that we were friends as well as clients. We know for certain that no other estate agent would have done so much for us. We recommend them wholeheartedly, and would use them again in an instant.

   Absolutely superb.... Once again! Have used Andy in the past when we lived in Leeds & when we had to sell my mams property due to bereavement there was only one estate agent I felt we could trust. Andy may not have the most inviting estate shop decor or have a state of the art website to get him business. What he has is something more important than fancy bells and whistles and that is a wealth of knowledge in the market and a full contact book of decent honest people who can help sort out any problems that Surveyors & solicitors have a habit of raising! The modern way is to use an online virtual estate agent which is fine as you always have one eye on the costs involved but when the proverbial hits the fan which when involving surveyors, solicitors & lenders who are insistent on covering their own backs its impossible to solve the problem by running back to the online estate agents virtual bot! So if your either selling or buying property make Andy & K W Estates your first call
