I was having issues selling my late mother's property due to high service charges. Holroyds supported me to look at renting it out as they fully appreciated the financial drain it was causing me . I worked with the rental team to begin the process where they supported me through each step. They provided the services to get it up to legal requirements for rent. The big surprise came when they secured a tenant within 2 days of going live on their website . The tenant was also very well matched for the property. This has lifted a great amount of stress and worry for me to be able to cover the charges for this type of property . We chose Holroyds as James gave us the best advice when valuing our 2 houses we were selling. They have been very professional, very helpful, very kind and gone above and beyond helping us communicate with the solicitors, who were a bit of a nightmare. We went with holroyds to sell our house, the pictures were amazing, and communication has been great. I have found that all staff members have all been really helpful and help keep me relaxed. I would definitely recommend as you can imagine buying and selling is extremely stressful but holroyds have taken most of the stress away.
