   Brought in our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel for regular grooming, but were disappointed with the result. Her beautiful coat was completely shaved down, which is generally not recommended for this breed. We had expected a proper trim and tidy-up, not a full shave. The before and after photos speak for themselves. Would not recommend.

   Our dog Willow is quite nervous and Zaba was great at calming her down. I couldn’t believe how relaxed Willow was when I went to pick her up! She’d only been there 2 hours. The groom and wash was great too - very smart and we’ll definitely be bringing her back.

   I’m always very happy with Poppy’s groom and would 100% recommend Zaba at Houndsville. Poppy is a very anxious toy poodle rescue, who has had a very sad background and can be very nervous, especially around other dogs. Zaba is great with her and Poppy is calm with her. Houndsville is really unique in that they only groom 1 dog at a time, which is perfect if you have a nervous or reactive dog who can’t handle being near or seeing lots of other dogs. Zaba also listens if we have specific requests on the hair cut style.

   Would without hesitation recommend Zaba at Houndsville. Millie and Marnies haircut looked fantastic they smelt great too. Zaba had obviously taken great care of them they didn't get stressed they were well looked after, will definitely be returning thank you Zaba

   We used Zarba for the first time to try and sort out Charlie's (Black Cocker) thick, unkempt coat. She did a brilliant job - exactly what we wanted and Charlie now wants to go back for pampering.    A groomer that genuinely loves dogs and takes the time and care to look after their customers. You'd think this was a basic requirement but our dogs have often been badly treated, or they're in a stressful environment, or they've simply been been badly shaved to an inch of their life, so we always use new people with a some trepidation. I was genuinely impressed with how friendly and professional Houndsville were and how much they look after our fur babies; wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a gentler, more personal service for their pet.
