Do not waste your time trying to book an appointment here as they will only cancel it a few hours before because the manager wants to finish early! The staff are rude to customers, rude to the pets and have 0 tolerance when it comes to puppies getting used to visiting the groomers.
We brought our cavapoo puppy here about 4 times and it’s always been a nightmare. My puppy’s second ever groom, they said we need to get him into training because he snapped at them when they tried to use the hairdryer on his face- he just didn’t like the hairdryer to his face and was trying to bite the air as most puppies do, and they have then been seen shouting at our puppy at 6 months old for not liking the hair dryer. They have always been rude in person and over the phone, and then someone called to cancel my appointment, that my partner booked time off for, 4 hours before and just said ‘I don’t know what to tell you, I’ve been told we are leaving at 5 so we are not doing your groom, I’m not even from this salon’. Every staff member is rude and the management is shocking, I would never recommend bringing your pets to these people, if they’re happy shouting at my tiny 6 month old puppy for not liking a hair dryer blasted in his face then I hate to think how they are treating other pets.
Appointment got cancelled without any call or message. Next available time will be next month. The staff just doesn’t want to work as either because they have the same salary no matter how many dogs they groom or they have problems in scheduling. Huge disappointment. Hope the manager or business owner sees the issue.
Took my new rescued dog for a groom booked online I was waiting a month for, staff was trying to send me away because he wasn't registered at the vet yet, agreed for a groom in the end. Even tho price 45 was told on the website I was told I need to pay extra for every tangle and possible fleas even tho I was told there was a dog with fleas there on this day before. In the end I was told I may pay 93 pounds. They called me after 10 mins saying that they can't handle it as dog is too scared and gave me my dog back half shaved. I had finished it myself at home. They took only 20 pounds from me tho but I would not go back for sure.
I paid 25£ for puppy grooming but. They did nothing, they didn’t cut some of his nails , they didn’t groom completely his hair around his eyes and his mouth, or even his foot and hands , they just washed and dried him , completely unsatisfied
Very disappointed, was 7 minutes late due to unforseen circumstances, I phoned and told them this on my way there. I rang 6 times got no answer just voicemail, I left a message to explain I was on my way. When I arrived at 5.07pm the lady (groomer) was talking to a customer for around 5 minutes before I could even get in the door to speak to her. I then walked in when the other customer came out as there is not enough room for more than one person and dog to be in there, although it's a glass door so she could see me. When I walked in she smiled at me and said oh is it for (puppy's name) and I said yes, she then said oh we won't be able to do him today as you are late. I explained I left a message and she said I haven't seen it then looked at her phone and said oh yes u called but I still can't do him today. At this point she had already been talking with another woman who was cleaning up so looked like they wanted to close up. I asked her when the next customer was in and she said half 5, which made no sense as I was under the impression it was a 45 minute treatment and my pup was booked in at 5pm. Overall very bad customer service and I will take my custom elsewhere. The girl had a very bad attitude and gave the impression that she couldn't be bothered to do the treatment anyway.
My girl is very giddy and doesn't like having her nail cut,so was a bit worried that she would be to much for them! I needn't have worried they were fantastic with her!! They did her Nails,shredding bath and dry,and when i picked her up she had this lovely bandana on,she was beautiful! Thank you xxx
My puppy looks so cute after his puppy grooms.. His next groom is booked in already and he will have his full groom now he is 6 months old. All the staff are friendly and lovely with the pets. Would recommend it to anyone to take you pets here. X
