    I don't know why one particular female staff member feels the need to have full on coversations with EVERYONE she serves, this is regardless, no regards whatsoever for people in the queue who like many go to Tesco on their way to work. So rude they laugh and think its a joke if you say anything. I will not be going in there again for fear i will end up in prison when they laugh AGAIN!! Ok while they are behind a till. Absolute KNOBHEADS!!

    Went into the store this morning to buy 2 x 24 cans of cola drink. I asked a shop assistant if he could take it out to my car for me he took them to the checkout and then to my car. When he saw my mum sitting in the car waiting for me he was so chatty and polite to her. She thought he was an old friend. ..

    The best express store on the Wirral. Has a larger range of products than some of the other stores, and as for the times I've been there, have never had many issues with no stock. Parking is usually always available. Always seems clean and tidy.

    been using this store for 3 years always very good ,however last few months standards have slipped quite dramatically.poor atitude from staff [even from manageress] whilst i can accept some items being unavailable or out of stock other tesco stores are not like this! btw fix the entrance door its not worked as it should for months.
