   I recently completed my course with The Manchester Dog Grooming School. My tutor, Lucy was lovely and friendly, and put me at ease as soon as I met her. She's also super knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. I left feeling confident and with reassurance that I'd be supported going forward. If I could, I'd do it all over again!    My border collie Holly can be a handful, but Lucy was amazing with her! She was patient and really took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable. Holly's coat looks fantastic, and she seems so much happier and more relaxed. At £30 total bargain, I even offered to pay more to which Lucy politely declined as this is a grooming school after all. I highly recommend Lucy, the school and the rest of the team, especially if you have a high-energy dog like mine.

   Linnette gave our 5 month old Zuchon puppy his first grooming on Thursday. Due to his illness he has not been able to have any professional grooming, he had become a true walking fur ball. Linnette was made aware if our pups condition, our preference for his cut and we agreed he should have a summer cut. He truly looks fantastic, a different but beautiful puppy now. Thank you Linnette, we have already booked his next treatment. Fantastic. Maureen and John

   Good teachers but during the end of my training they had a student teaching me because she was a relative of the owner. The student knew less than I did at the time. Due to covid they had people come in for half days, which meant instead of a full day of training, it became half a day. Which meant I was rushing a lot, which is not what you want when learning. The teachers were excellent but management wasn't good at the time. However all the teachers that was teaching me have now left so not sure what it is like now.

Tutors are committed to helping me achieve an excellent standard of grooming on each of the dogs which has given me the knowledge I need to complete the theory side of this course. A vibrant and sociable atmosphere yet professionally delivered throughout.
