Great communication, I arrived too early for my appointment but they allowed me to drop my dog off for a groom. I was very impressed with the price and standard of cut. Charlotte, my dog, smelt beautiful afterwards. Very very good first impressions. I will be coming back Thankyou

Can't say more than the service Lola got was incredible. First time here and won't be my last. Bookings are far apart but it just shows what amazing work they do to be so full. Lolas new stride says "look at me dad, I smell good, look good, but that muddy puddle looks tempting" Well done for all the hard work. Took alot for us to leave her after Pets at home left her nails broken and took short. And to top it all off which I didn't expect. Inside her ears are immaculate. Her paws look crufts ready and they've done such an amazing job at giving her the classic golden retriever trim. I was late picking her up. 30 minutes late... Don't be a wally like me (I thought it was 3 hours! My bad) and they charged me only for the 2 which I was amazed again by. I asked if they were sure they insisted it was. I would've expected a late fee which I'd of been happy to pay as it was my fault. Just incredible lovely, hardworking people. Can't wait to bring her back for her summer cut.
Not many groomers will groom a greyhound. Really lovely job, his size not mentioned or an issue. Nails clipped ears washed. My greyhound is a nervous dog, but I feel they look after him well . Brilliant job girls

First time our West Highland Terrier Puppy had, had a grooming. What a great job they did. Very pleased with her cut and when my Wife needed to return to shop after couple of minutes of leaving our puppy was happy to follow. A statement in it's self. Great Job. Happy Owners Happy Puppy.
