The grooming is great, but appointments can occasionally start late. For example, when I arrive at the shop and the owner isn’t even in the shop yet. It would be better if timing could be more consistent . And yes I have the right groomers, I am under a different name
The ladies at Pawfection went above and beyond to help out a dog in need!! I am currently caring for a dog who has been through a traumatic experience which left her coat in a terrible state. Although extremely busy two weeks before Christmas the ladies managed to squeeze Millie in for a mini groom. What a difference an hour makes!! She looked like a different dog, and they were so kind and caring being aware of her nervousness and previous trauma. Couldn’t rate them highly enough! Wonderful caring service from two very professional kind ladies! Thank you!

First class service from booking an appointment through to collecting our dog. The lovely Katie and Sam clearly took great care of her and made her look very pretty! And she smells gorgeous! She has never been to a grooming salon before but she’ll definitely be happy going back. She even had a little complimentary photoshoot afterwards; us humans would pay a small fortune for that sort of treatment. Excellent service and excellent value for money. Our adopted little cavapoochon was matted and couldn’t see. And as cute as she looked with all her curls, she was in desperate need of a good cut. We are delighted with the job Katie did. We know the teddy bear look is a work in progress but we can tell our doggy is delighted to see properly, isn’t plagued with matted areas and she smells absolutely delicious.
Amazing ladies who are so patient with our very giddy pooch. They do an excellent job of tidying him up and making him look like a superstar, would highly recommend taking any pups here as they are well looked after
Very pleased with Willows first groom, very professional and explained beforehand that she would have to be cut really short due to matting and that I might not like it. She is short but still my little gorgeous fur baby. Thank you and see you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic groomers! The girls are so lovely and really put your mind at ease leaving your pup in good hands. Our pup had his first full groom recently and we couldn't have been happier with his groom as well as the price which was so reasonable. We can't wait for him to come again!
The BEST dog groomers I’ve ever taken my 2 dogs too! Such professionalism and so friendly! My dogs took to the guys there so quickly! The service they provide there is amazing! I would absolutely recommend Pawfection to anyone that’s looking for a decent dog groomers! They even have a little photo shoot area for the dogs after which I find nowhere else has that and it’s a small/fun touch! My dogs can’t wait to come back! Definitely a regular there for sure! They love it and they always look and smell amazing! 5 STARS for sure! So thanks very much ♥️
