   We took our Spitzoodle Alvin to Ellie for the first time today and she did absolutely amazing with him. He is normally very anxious at being left and barks ALOT but he was at ease from the get go and he came out looking extremely handsome. You can tell Ellie is passionate about her job and loves dogs. I didn’t hesitate to get the next booking made for Alvin and my Cockapoo ❤️

   My little chihuahua, wolfie, loves to go to central bark for a groom. All the staff are so lovely and easy to talk to, they give him a fabulous bath and trim and he always comes home smelling GORGEOUS! And with a cute little bow! Best groomers I have ever taken him to and I would highly recommend them.

   I brought my lassie in for full groom trim of her bum hair and belly. On arrival I wasn’t asked anything about her wasn’t asked to sign anything just that they would call me when she was done. On website it say 1 hr 15min £30-£45. I dropped her off at 2.35 and at 3.11 they called to say she was ready. Although she smelt lovely and her face and body were soft they cut the hair on her tail as well but only at the top it is stubbly uneven and looks a mess I am devastated her nails have been cut but are sharp. I went in today to talk to them about it and of course they apologised and said to bring her back and she will even it out make it look better. They only way to even my girls tail out if to cut all her hair off. Oh don't worry it will grown back fast she said and come back in January and I will giver her a spruce up. Not going to happen I will never take my girl all there and neither should anyone else.

   Absolutely terrible cut! Our cocker spaniel was in 40 minutes when booked in got hour and half, his cut was horrific. Uneven cuts, they cut his Wig / crown short which we requested to be left, his glands were still full, nails left long, and to top it off they plucked that many hairs out his ears they got infected therefore a £50 vet bill for anti inflamatories and steriods to calm them down. We was quoted £30-£35 for the hour and half treatment and was charged £35 for 40 mins. Will never use them again and would advise anyone to avoid them. It looks like he was trimmed by the apprentice!

   My dog had his first groom here earlier today & he looks fantastic. He was collected from my home at the agreed time & delivered back looking like a different dog. He seemed to have enjoyed the experience too. I will definitely be taking him back.

   Worse haircut my dogs ever had, everyone's commented on it as well saying how uneven the cut was you can see how it's been cut everywhere, and I am a trained hairdresser yes I know nothing about cutting dogs hair but I have a rough idea.. And this is definitely a state, I would be so ashamed to hand a dog back to an owner looking how she looks. I'm not one to leave a bad review but I just had to. She also forgot to cut my dogs tail and I mentioned it and she quickly took her to the table and chopped it with no cares given. We also got home to check she did the dogs nails and she did them all but one paw. Awful job never will go back again. And £26 for a tiny chihuahua when I was told on the phone £20. She also forgot she even had us books in. So now for my babies first Christmas I have to take pictures of them both together with my dogs hair looking a proper state.
