   Jess has been grooming Billy for almost 10 years and she is such an excellent groomer. She always puts Billy at his ease and manages to achieve a really skilful result in spite of Billy’s difficult hybrid coat. He gets so many compliments after he’s been Jess-d. Says it all. She’s the real deal.
