   Moved in September, on the first day I was met with lovely staff who helped me and my mother move everything from her car into my room. I was also met with gifts such as full itinerary of things to do in freshers week, a free coffee or tea and a free miniature bottle of sourz. My flat is great, room size is comfortable plenty of room for activities, has a pinboard in the room, kitchen is spacious and is laid out great for social activities. The managers are wonderful, always up for a chat and always want to help out.

   That's definitely worth for money staying place at least for me quite place not much people due to not big build. When i needed few things to fix been done pretty quick. Friendly staff and I got lucky to have really chill roommates. I mean some old reviews are probably from last owner.

   Stayed here in first year and it was great. Maintenance requests resolved quickly. Staff all lovely. My room was spotless when I moved in and I have had no issues with pests, unlike other places in sheffield. Good location and price. Very quiet for halls. Rooms are a decent size too.

   Definitely not worth the money you’re paying, mould infested kitchen and bathrooms they don’t deal with, washing machines are always broken, there rarely is anyone on reception. Noise complaints aren’t dealt with. The only reason I gave it two stars was due to the location, but even then it’s in a very rough area of Sheffield.
