We had a wonderful stay at Foxholes Farm in the Peak District. The cottages were spotlessly clean and the location was incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect rural getaway and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the local hiking trails and nearby villages.

This place is great! I brought my family and we had a lovely time. The surrounding area is beautiful and the view from the top is of the surrounding hills. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the heating was easy to use- leaving us warm and cozy the whole time. The bath was clean and nicely deep although the shower nozzle is a bit awkward to use (fine if you’re used to it). There are plenty of towels and the free toiletries were great (bath and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). There was washing up liquid under the sink too which was convient. The recommended places to eat are nice. Perfect! Would absolutely come back

Absolutely stunning place to stay! We loved the location and the rooms inside were beautiful, we loved the old fashion bathroom! I would definitely recommend this place. We only had one small downside which was the washers are shared and found it hard to get our stuff in the washers before other. Overall amazing place! It's also close to the peak district which has plenty of fun hiking trails.

Booked venue 14 months ago for my daughters wedding next April they have just cancelled saying can't have marquee in April because of wet ground. Why they didn't cancel in April surley they would have known then. very poor customer care caused a lot of anxiety and problems

Booked our wedding for April 2023 back in August 2021. Absolutely loved the location and couldn’t wait for our wedding. This was cancelled with less than 6 months notice. I’ve found communication to be quite poor throughout our whole experience. I understand the reasons for the cancellation (to some extent) however I don’t think the amount of notice we were given was acceptable and felt the whole situation was dealt with a complete lack of compassion and understanding. I wasn’t even given the courtesy of a phone call to talk me through the reasons for our wedding needing be cancelled on the date we had booked.

Great accommodation. Very clean (even on top of cupboards), modern and well furnished with cooking utensils, matching crockery, furniture etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that there was no shower in our accommodation, only a bath. Otherwise, this place is excellent and should be an example for other cottages/hotels

The place has everything you need for a short or long stay, however you need a car to get there. Very confortable beds, complete kitchen, wifi, cable tv and beautiful views of the country side.

A beautiful setting for our wedding. The scenery is amazing and the cottages are well stocked and clean. Katie and Rachel were great and were around majority of the time to help with anything we needed. We had the most wonderful weekend here!
