   Poor Customer Service Kevin’s nail work can be good, but his customer service is consistently rude. I asked for a natural colour with transparent silver sparkle and showed him an example, but he dismissed my request and spoke to me abruptly, saying things like “You don’t know what you want.” This has happened before, and when I said I wouldn’t return, his reply was, “There are other shops you can go to.” On top of that, this time my nails did not look good at all. Good nails mean nothing without respect for customers. I won’t be returning.

   Nail salon with outstanding customer service and professional work. I have been coming here for a few years now and they have never failed me, always best to have an appointment however they also accept walk ins and are pretty quick. Great prices for within the area. Friendly,polite and welcoming nail technicians.

   The staff were rather rude. The lady that did my nails was impatient, rude and terrible. I asked her to make my nails as natural as possible and even showed her a picture of how I would like it. I asked her to make it round square but she did square. When it was time to pick the colour she became very impatient and kept talking to her colleague in Chinese clearly because she was annoyed with I don't know what. I at the beginning told her I wanted some glitter to be added and she said yes yes but then completely forgot so she had to re do it. I asked her to make it look as natural as possible but she made it look very fake and very tacky. Not coming back here. They charged me 40pounds to get archylic nails with normal nailpolish. They over charge you! You can get that done for 25pounds with better shape!

   Absolutely LOVE my nails !! They are beyond beautiful. Anne was so patient when I kept changing my mind. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months but this is the first time trying something new and I couldn’t be happier. They have also finished a refit and the place looks so high end, it has such a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you !

   Service is not great. The staff talks in their language the whole time, sometimes you can just tell they are talking about you. Incredibly rude. The performance is just mediocre to be honest, like they just want to hurry up to get to the next paying customer. While they were doing my nails I noticed some bubbles and I showed it to her. She said 'It's fine' and I thought they were going to go away with the next coating. Instead the bubbles stayed and I still have them on my nails. Avoid!!
