   I’ve been going to Nails and Brows for over 4 years now and I can’t recommend them enough! They take great care with every treatment, using high quality products and no harsh drills or machines on your nails. My Shellec gel nails always last and the results are consistently perfect. Az manages the store excellently and it’s great to have everything in one place, from nail treatments to brows and waxing. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the team always makes you feel welcome. A truly professional and friendly salon!

   I had my pedicure and brow threading done by Syeda, and she did a fantastic job! I’m really happy with the results. I asked her to reshape my brows, and they turned out exactly as I wanted. It’s wonderful to have found a place in Beaconsfield where I can get both threading and nails done in one spot.

   Really poor experience. Paid for Mani/Pedi for an hour. Whole experience was rushed, cuticle care appalling, I looked better going in than coming out. When I asked why I had been charged the full price but my treatment was less than 45 mins they threatened to charge me more! Avoid at all costs: this was not a good experience. The salon and the equipment also needed a deep clean.

   I’ve visited Nails and Brows three times now and had Reena give me a Gel French polish manicure and pedicure. Reena is lovely, very professional and does an excellent manicure and pedicure. They don’t use the electric buffers here which I like very much. Very happy with my nails and I will be going back for regular appointments with Reena.

   Part of having your manicure is to feel pampered. I’m afraid I was made to feel like a bit of an inconvenience. With no smiles, acetone was plonked in front of me to remove my old gels, and I was left there for about 10 minutes. Then my manicurist came along and abruptly asked me what I wanted doing. She then talked to her colleague in a foreign language for the entire time. There was no attempt to interact with me at all. The nails just are OK, with a build up of product around the cuticles. I won’t be returning. I’m very disappointed.

   The staff are nice but the quality is lacking. My shellac nails were reasonable but I had to go back for areas missed. The staff were distracted by the phone as they were short staffed. A reoccurring problem I think. Waxing was poor. Some areas were missed when I got home. For the amount paid for waxing i would have expected better. Have spent half that before in other places. Shame as they were local.

   Have had manicures/pedicures for a while now and have always been very pleased with what the girls do. However, every time I am in there, the phone constantly rings and the girls have to leave the client to answer the phone. It happened 4 times with me today! I think a receptionist needs to be recruited!
