   If I could give zero stars I would booked an appointment with these got there they refused to do my nails for me told me was busy but had an appointment booked told me they was so busy no one was in the shop apart from me the woman and a man just sweeping the floors that’s it I had to kick of until I got my nails done not good service you book and get refused upon arrival will never go to this place the woman was rude as well as the man in there also to reply to to comment it definitely was your shop as I’ve got the card appointment shop so will definitely not be removing this these are the photos of proof it was this place that refused me just to clarify it wasn’t closing yes they closed at 6 they had 2 hours to close and also no customers came in once I was there or just after I finished with your self. I had to kick of until you did them I travelled an hour to get to you I wasn’t letting you refuse after I booked the appointment wouldn’t travel an hour with out booking

   Really disappointed with the older lady’s attitude and overall service to a walk-in appointment. I wanted to get my acrylics removed, the business card at front said it started from £10, when I asked, she said £15. Though steep, I trusted that the price would be reflective of the service. Not only was there acrylic residue left on my nails, but the price list on the wall stated a £12 charge for acrylic removal, £15 for acrylic removal & polish, and £20 for acrylic removal and manicure. I was going to pay the £15 but was intrigued as to why the Official 2023 price list on the wall for customers to refer to (with price increases clearly added for other services) was not reflective of the acrylic removal I got. When i asked, she very defiantly and defensively stated “oh to be honest I told you it was £15 you already agreed and that price list is only for loyal regular customers and you are not.” I was shocked but did not want to escalate a situation. I am very disappointed in this business and it’s staff who do not wish to expand their scope. Bottom line is, had I seen the 2023 price list on the wall, I would have contested a £15 charge and refused the service. There shouldn’t be separate price lists for returning customers vs new ones, if there is, this should be overtly specified on all platforms and at all times!! This was my first and last time visiting this salon!!!!!!

   I took my wife here today to have her nails done, she was very pleased with the service and the quality of the finish. We would definitely recommend a visit if you wanted to have your nails looking fantastic.

   I have been going to Diamond Nails for some time now and I have to say they have never let me down. This is a small business owned and run by a lovely Vietnamese family. They are friendly, helpful and give great service and I think they are very reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend them.

   Do not recommend!!!!!! Been getting my nails done here for over a year was there yesterday afternoon and got SNS. I've had SNS else where and never came out with sore nails or looking like this! They look awful, £35 shocking! The tips are a very pale white can hardly see them and each nail has white marks on each nail where it should be pink! It's only when I left and in a brighter light you can see what a mess there in!
