   Just had Biab nails done for a special event. They used a different brand in their shop. I thought they knew what they were doing but when I left the shop to see the nails in natural light - the coat has tiny bubbles and it’s bumpy/unevenly spread on all nails. Would not be coming back here.

   Came in 4 days ago to have take off and new set, honestly the worst set I have ever had and I get my naila done every 2/3 weeks Asked for hearts on my ring finger the lines were so awful I had to go back in the shop seconds later after leaving to get the man to change it to just a black tip like the rest of them. He clearly knew his work was bad as he said “ it was because the lines weren’t neat wasn’t it” I had to also had to ask the man to go over the black tips as the black looked grey. The next day I have acrylic lifting on 5 nails and paint chipping even though he used gel colours. Also asked for really square shape but he done them more rounded. But yet they still want to charge £50 for the nails. Definitely won’t be returning to this salon and I’d recommend other people finding a better place. Felt very rushed and unprofessional
