   Been to have my nails done twice and have been very pleased with the service. Friendly staff who even offer hot drinks on arrival! Much more welcoming than any other nail bar I have been to in the area.

   A regular at this place but thinking of switching to somewhere else . Paying £33 for a gel manicure and the cuticles are barely removed look at this?! When I kindly tried to tell the lady doing it she kept rolling her eyes at me and refused to remove anymore for fear “blood will come” . I had to keep reminding her and pushing her to cut as much as she can and push the cuticles back as the skin around my nail tends to get quite dry and so it gets bothersome for me if not removed properly. This is a manicure after all so really this should be a normal part of the experience … As a customer we’re paying for a service and we have a right to request what we want despite any consequences that may arise especially as we are paying a lot for it at the end of the day . Wasn’t too happy with this experience I felt I was just paying for a file and paint not a real manicure. Thinking not worth the money… the only good thing about this place is they offer you something to drink at least a coffee or tea .. Update : went back a day after to try to get them re done and the staff members were SO rude to me and told me i was not welcome back! Shocking. Disgraceful service they should be ashamed. We have a right to comment our feedback whether it is positive or negative and it is a lot of money invested for nails. Please best avoid this place and don’t go here unless you write or have sometjing to say or you may not be welcomed back !!

   So, since my nail bar shut I thought I'd give the Nail World another go ( as u can guess I was their customer before ). Sadly, I shall NOT be coming back. The service was rushed, my cuticles look worse than before and the nails have been unevenly painted. Maybe it was just the male technician who was serving me….either or, I hope others will have the better experience than me

   There are many nail salons on the high street, and this is the only one I now go to! They do my chrome nails beautifully everytime and always do one nail to show me the final result first. Always happy with my nails when I leave. Thank you.

   I took my mother here the equipment was not sterilised, the quality of the nail polish is poor and uses alot of chemicals that my mother has had a reaction too. There's strong smell of cannabis on staff, cash only shop you can't pay by card. I noticed some of the products were not permitted for use in this country after trying to work out my mum's reaction to the chemicals used on here nails. Huge health hazard, please avoid. Tom

   Very elegant, well equipped place, coupled with extremely polite & experienced team. Treat yourself & give a try; you will definitely go back. As a 71 years old male I found it a must for my toe nails as I can't reach them anymore. In my diary every 8 weeks.

   Amazing! Have been visiting this particular shop for over 15 years and previously was going to their Harrow branch. The owners are hands on, the staff are friendly and very talented. I have always received 5 star treatment and could not ask for more. The prices are reasonable and although maybe not as cheap as other places, it is not expensive and you get good quality service. I do not go anywhere else and I have recommended this nail shop to many people over the years!

   I had a wonderful experience at NailWorld. I was looked after by Shaun/Sean. He was incredibly helpful from the start. I was just a walk-in appointment and my nails were started within 5 minutes of entering the salon. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he kept asking to see the photo to make sure he done my nails just as I wanted them. I was also very grateful for the attention to detail with the shaping of my nails and checking all the colours with me. Overall I left very happy with my Birthday nails. I would highly recommend this salon for their professionalism and friendly staff.
