I have been coming here for long time now. Every time my nails are perfect and last weeks without any chips or problems.
I visited for the 1st time last week. The staff were very erratic. However, I was a walk in and asked how long the wait would be. I was told 10 minutes so decided to wait. lady who it turned out was doing my nails. I ended up waiting for around 30 minutes. When we then sat down, she was more interested in trying to sell me pedicure rather than my nails. Then they did my nails At the time, they looked lovely, it wasn’t till I got home that I noticed how poor the quality was, they were very bobbly and looked untidy. 4 days later and 2 of my gel nails have completely come off and 1 other is chipped. It cost me £46 and I’m so so disappointed. It feels like such a waste of money. I was really looking forward to treating myself and instead, I felt slightly offended by the comments she has about my face. Trying to insult me.really disappointed in the overall quality of the service
Got my nails done here , really really affordable and they know what they are doing. customer service is out of this world and their foot massage? sensational
Stray kids nail design! They did an amazing job for my daughter who was attending a concert and wanted her nails done. She was extremely careful and tried extremely hard to make it exact. My daughter was so happy! Great job guys!
Not much care ware taken, nails are different lengths and shorter than expected after asking about the first one. One nail is very wonky which I pointed out whilst the man was filing my nails and he just filed some more off but the problem was he stuck the nail extension on wonky so it is still wonky but now very short compared to the rest as well. After paying good money I expect to come out happy and not frustrated by how some of my nails look. In the past I have been relatively happy but will be looking to go elsewhere from now on.
Worst experience at a nail shop. After being given wonky nails and an uneven shape, the staff were dismissive of my concerns. They then refused to remove the nails, and instead cut the tips off, leaving me with a mess that had to be solved by another, more experienced nail salon. Although I was polite throughout, the customer service was so rude and the man kept rolling his eyes at my concerns and yanking at my hand.
1st time ever coming to your salon with my daughter. Her nails really beautiful but mine sadly are not. The lady who did them really rushed. I've not had my nails done for yrs, so I was disappointed. I unfortunately I won't come back now.
I usually never write bad reviews but I am really disappointed with the shellac manicure I received yesterday. I choose the salon as the good reviews seemed promising but unfortunately not for me. The polish was terrible, very thick, uneven, had lots of bubbles in it and started chipping 1 day later. I could have done a better job myself. I actually had to go to a different salon a day after to have them redone!
I choose this place by looking at reviews. Wanted to have the queen platinum jubilee with reference nail design. The lady has done a good job and I believe it could have done better. The outcome was not very impressive and clean.
