she didnβt do my nails properly didnβt even bother to look at the design i showed her. i had to say multiple times on what do do and whilst my friend was getting all the good expensive products i was getting all the bad cheap stuff. the bow fell off not even a day after getting them done which i personally think is a bargin especially because i didnβt do anything that would usually cause it to fall off.

My first time making a appointment for a infill, very particular with how I like my nails and shaping, I found the service to be excellent at no point did I have to make any adjustments to my nails or tell the nail technician to redo anything. Very pleased with the set and will be making this my regular nail salon. The fill infill took around 45mins which was great for anyone whoβs tight on time but quality remains top standard.

I came here a couple of weeks ago which was my first time coming to the nail salon and it was a good first experience. My first decision was to do a classic white tip and then changed my mind to this design of white tip which the nail technician told me honestly she might not be able to do them but sheβll give it a go and if I donβt like it she will happily change it, luckily enough I loved it and appreciated the honesty from her too. Through out my appointment, the technician and myself didnβt speak much but when we did she seemed so lovely. Only thing I would say is the apex on the nails could be a little bit thicker but other than that I love my nails and will definitely be coming back here

I have been coming here regularly for over a year. Clean, nicely decorated salon. 5 staff members, it gets busy later in the day, quieter in the mornings. Most of the time appointments are respected. Sometimes even after booking an appointment the wait is 30 minutes. I have gotten acrylics, shellac, powder gel and BIAB style builder gel. All have been great and lasted as long as I can go before an infill. I am a very sensitive client and I find that everyone in the shop are respectful of that and work gently without pain. Anne was great at helping me pick colours for a detailed design, and put a lot of care into drawing precise lines for a French tip. Once I got a heart design and that wasn't so accurate. Probably will stick with plain colours next time, not drawings. In my experience, when people say that nail salon staff are "rude" very rarely the staff are actually rude, most likely it's a misunderstanding of cultural differences and language barriers. Or the clients make no effort to be polite. I noticed people would walk in and say "I need acrylics", no "hello", no "how are you", no "what's your name". While the staff are actually very nice if you treat them with respect and engage in small talk. The pricing is fair and not confusing, on the rare occasion I needed a broken nail fixed, they did that without charge. Will update my review as I will most definitely come back many more times.

If I could give them 0 I would. They are so rude. They get angry if you ask questions or say that you're not happy. They are also very rough and man handle you. So rude. I would not recommend this place at all. I've started going to a nail shop on the Uxbridge road (also called 5star nails) and the people in there are so lovely and welcoming. Yes steer clear of the yiewsley one ladies.

Terrible customer service, the guy doing my nails was rude and pulling my hands and feet when he could have just asked me to move them instead of forcing them! Was making faces and then talking in his own language with other staff members and laughing but yet rude and cold with the customer! The pedicure was terrible and could have done a better job myself!!

Donβt go here!!! Nails are Nothing like the picture I showed them, my acrylics are now horrible. Nothing to what I wanted, she did square shape when I wanted coffin, and cut them all different sizes some are longer than others, she drilled my nails then accidentally moved it and made my finger bleed and my skin came to contact with the drill, Β£35 for terrible nails, I donβt recommend At all.

LADIES AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Do nottttt Support their business!!! Working in hospitality myself I know all about good customer service skills, they are absolutely terrible!!! if you ask A simple question, they get very irritable, especially one guy who is extremely rude, and will start talking about you in the language and laugh. I will never spend my money back at the nail shop aka snail shop ( they are extremely slow) as Iβve got my nails done at the shop, I saw how they treated certain people, letβs just put it this way, if you are not white and have a designer bag then they are not going to be the nicest to you at all, avoid this place at all costs!!! they are much better nail shops in West Drayton.
