This place is absolutely amazing they do what you wanted and they take care of your skin. If you wanted your nails done here you should and it’s an amazing price for everyone’s nails. If there was 10 stars I would put it at 10 starts because it is amazing. If I move I would still come here no matter what.

all people writing negative comments are absolutely salty i have been there several times and the customer service is excellent i have never felt more welcome in a place.They are very respectful and understanding and caring they respect your choices although it can be quite anoyying as several times ill be in the middle of getting them done and suddenly want to change the design as ive said i have never felt more welcome.Its lovely to see someone i went to school with helping about and helping people around the shop its a very welcoming shop i will forever recommend this place to everyone i know i come from peterborough to here just to get my nails done!
I went there to get my nails done. I had to ask the lady twice to fix my nails because it was so bad, thick, chunky and uneven acrylics and even worse applied polish. Skin underneath nails stuck with glue, skin around nails filed so aggressively that I have cuts all around. Overall, looks like 100 layers of nail polish, honestly, the lady did apply polish 8 eights to get an even look. At last, I had to pay and leave as confrontation was useless. I've never had my nails done as such where I went and got them removed straight after getting them done. Terribly rude staff, worse service. I have never felt so scammed in my life.
went to this nail salon to get my nails done, not the greatest experience… i asked for the lady to cut my cuticles and neaten up my nails, they still turned out messy and scruffy. i asked for shallac nails, and they turned out horrible. they were not even, the polish was all over my cuticles, and i didnt like them afterwards at all.
Really overpriced for simple treatments, especially the fact that they miss out so many steps within their service and then overcharge you when you ask why they didn’t do them. Sorry won’t be returning, lady was nice but male was a little moody.
It was an awful experience the man that did my nails had the personality of a stone. He did not really speak but made grunting noises and gestures. I will never return or recommend this place to my family or frjends. I wondered why they are never busy, it is somewhere you end up if you are desperate. Never again, horrible ignorant man.Spend your money somewhere else!! Really zero stars, no rating.
