   Would give zero if I could. The Lady was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, my nails were done so badly I have had to come to different salon today and spend another £25 getting them corrected. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

   A lady working there did my nails. She has a short thumb on her left hand. She put lots of dipping powder on my nail bed. When asked her to even it out, she said that my nail beds are uneven. I’ve never experienced this in other nail salons. My nails literally look like I’ve put cheap press ons. The lady definitely needs more practice.

   I booked an appointment for 4:30, wasn’t seen until 5. I then showed the design I wanted, the lady said it would wash my hands out the colour (which is my choice) she then wouldn’t advise or help with another choice. She then left me to chose a different colour and base and started doing another girls nails, I sat for ages after picking my colour and still wasn’t seen. My cousin was having her nails done at the same time and the girl doing hers couldn’t not do a design at all! She ended up having nails nothing like the picture. I said can I please be seen after waiting an hour and the man was so rude, he said others had booked an appointment and I had to wait I explained my appointment was at 4:30 and he just kept tutting and being arrogant. I ended up leaving and going over to Amy’s where I usually go getting my design and In and out within 45 mins. I now remember why I don’t go here anymore. So rude.

   The pros of the US Nails is they accept cash and card payment. I paid £35 for normal colour. However, the woman who did my pedicure was not friendly as she keeps saying "relax your feet" when I was relax in serious tone. Also, the man paint my nails over the old color without removing the colour.
