   Unreal service from Vincent. I had booked a full set of acrylics for 11:30am and left by 12pm. Couldn’t believe how quick it was done. Not only was it a quick service but the quality of the work was amazing!! I have no intention of going anywhere else. Very friendly staff, clean environment and amazing service. Thank you Five star nails!

   Very good, very clean. I was a walk in. I had a manicure and a toe nail cut. I was able to relax in a massage chair while I waited for my companion. Its good that there are male staff here as well as women.

   Firstly, when me and my sister came in we were straight away shown attitude by of the staff member and told to sit. I had an appointment at 4PM but they only started my pedicure at 4.20PM. Whilst my sister is getting her acrylic done, the lady spokes to her very rudely, she made her nails stubby and short when my sister asked for long nails. When my sister told her she was not happy with the shape or length, the lady said “she won’t be able to do anything”. The guy who did my toes, cut my skin and continued to file on top of the bloody wound. He then proceeds with my nails which again were made very short when I ask for them to be long when he was cutting them. I mentioned to him I’m not happy with the length, he tried to tell me “i told you how much to cut” but he continued to file them shorter. I had asked for a flake design and after 2 people reviewed it they also said it was a flake design. I asked the guy to proceed with the flake design but he said “it will take too long and cost more” I told him I would be happy to pay but he went ahead and quoted me “£20 per nail” if he couldn’t get the length right or my toes, I wasn’t going to pay that much for him to mess up my nails further. Anyways there’s a lot more I could say but overall this was a horrendous experience that cost me £107. I usually pay about £80 at other places and never had a chance to complain or left with a bloody toe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be coming back. Awful service and staff full of attitude.

   I have been going to Five Star for a while now, as lovely as the owner is the staff have changed. One guy made me feel very uncomfortable, no customer service skills and lots of attitude. I had to ask twice to have my nails brought down shorter which seemed to be a massive inconvenience and he was very heavy handed with the drills. I had to pull my hand away as it got too hot and hurt and he got annoyed and started speaking in his language and rudely told me to sit with another technician. I will not be returning after this experience.

   They’re prices increase every time I went in for infills and on the price list it says £27 but he charged me £32 because he did white tip? I paid £33 for a full set so does not make sense and he said it was up on the sign but it wasn’t. Make sure u ask how much because each time there is increase when I said to him it’s not written so someone should say he said ‘we do not have to say anything because it’s written down’. The problem is it was not on the list that it’s £5 more for white tip and he jus turned around and with the customer service and the attitude I received I recommend another nail shop there’s loads of better ones around and better attitude.

   I was regular customer but since the customer service is soo poor every time even 1 star is too much. They changed prices but they didn't let the customer know before that. There is not cards payment available. The hygiene is 0. They don't disinfect their tools. When I save an appointment they take other customer on front or in the Midlands of my apartment time. Waiting time is too long. They speaking all the time on their language which is really disrespectful since they looking at customers and lagh. The quality of the work and products 0. After 4-5 days from from the manicure and pedicure few of the nails are already gone ! I strongly not recommend it!
