   They did my nails in such a rush so they turned out to be so bad and the lady kept moving around the whole time and wasn’t only focused on my nails. they overcharged me for my nails and the shape is soo soo bad it’s not even the same for all the nails. she also made a learner nail tech do my one hand who wasn’t sure at all what she was doing but still charged me over the price.

   I have been going to Javi for years.They always provided amazing service but this time I was not pleased with the pedicure.For what I paid my pedicure was done in 20 min.They always used to take their time and give a nice foot massage.This time no foot massage.The guy who painted my toe nails didn’t paint them on the edges .They were left unpainted.When I asked him he blamed it on my nail saying it was curved.Never had that problem before.Really disappointed considering I always recommended Javi to my friends.Not sure I will be returning anytime soon .

   Awful horrendous customer service! Was going there for just 8 years and was spoken so rudely by the male owner of the shop. He’s awful, horrible customer service. He literally shouted at me as well as his wife because I asked to have French done by another lady because his wife kept making mistakes in getting the line correct for the French. Never been back since. Such a shame- get him out !

   I went to get my hand and feet gel polish removed. They charged me £20 for less than a 5 min job. I DID NOT get any nail cutting/trimming/shaping/polishing and they still charged me full price for HALF a service. You cannot reason with them as they are dishonest, rude and argumentative. I will never get my nails done here again. There’s plenty of other salons in Southall who do a good job without scamming you.

   They are very very very rude people. The man doesn’t know how to talk to a women. I made appointment for acrylic nails and when I went there , As I was sitting to get my nails done I got a call from my mom . When I answered the call the man just shouted at me saying no talking on the phone . He stopped doing my nails and said he will Not do them because I was talking on the phone .He was shouting at me . I will never go there again. They need to learn customer service skills . Guys if u want good service DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!

   First time I went today and it was the best nail studio I have been to! The staff was super friendly and the actual nail turned out perfect! It's best to pre book and appointment as they can get quite busy, I booked and didn't have to wait. I definitely recommend and will be a regular customer from now on.
