   Absolutely terrible experience – avoid at all costs. This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Hygiene standards were completely lacking – not a single staff member wore gloves and the man doing my pedicure blew on my freshly painted toes to dry them, which was not only unprofessional but extremely unhygienic. Things only got worse from there. The woman doing my manicure accidentally kicked my freshly painted toes by aggressively pushing her chair in, smudging the polish. I had to ask her to redo it, and she seemed irritated by that. When I booked online, the price was listed as £42, but when I arrived, I was told it had gone up to £48 with no explanation or prior notice. They claimed this was the “new price,” but the website still showed the old one. This felt misleading and like a blatant attempt to overcharge, I disputed this and they “let me” pay the price online that I booked at. On top of that, no one asked what length I wanted my nails, and when I picked a colour, I was told they didn’t have anything like it. Eventually, they found a “similar” shade – only to realise after 30 minutes that they’d used the wrong polish type on my fingernails, so the whole thing had to be redone and I ended up just asking for a clear polish because I was so worried they’d mess it up again and I’d in this uncomfortable situation for another 30 minutes. The whole visit felt rushed, chaotic, and unpleasant. The staff were unfriendly, careless, and completely dismissive of basic customer service or hygiene. I would not recommend New York Nails in Windsor to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere, Glamorous Nails in Windsor has lovely staff – your time, health, and nails will thank you.

   This place is amazing!! Very neat and tidy. I love the way they pay attention to detail which for a perfectionist like me is really important. Really recommend a pedicure as they really go all out and provide massage beds too for that extra luxury experience. Very affordable :) 10/10

   I love my nails! The shape and the flatness is perfect, not raised and obviously fake like I’ve had with previous salons and the painting is great too. All round a good experience except for the man who was working seemed quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable when I said anything. However I’m pleased with the service I received. Would go here again!

   Worst experience I've ever had. It was my first time going here. I will never be attending there again nor would I recommend this place. The customer service was poor. And then people seemed so miserable. I'm sure the guy doing my nails was talking about me as they kept staring at my face and talking in their language. Which I found so rude. £60 was a lot for a terrible experience and overall nail looks the shape was not square.

   Fantastic job, my little one and I had our first trip to the nail bar together. The ladies were super helpful and they did a great job. Altogether we paid £35, mine were shellac nails and my little one had a simple polish. Hand massage was lovely and we both enjoyed that.
