i never usually do reviews for anywhere but this shop has amazing customer service and they always do an amazing job on my nails! would highly recommend to anyone that i know
I was a bit skeptical when I first visited this nail salon, but two years later I’m still coming back regularly and couldn’t recommend them enough!! The choice of colours is never ending. The nail technicians do an incredible job when you have a set you would like. The hygiene is kept at a good level, I haven’t had any issues. The staff that work there are super friendly, they are from Vietnam, sometimes they give a cheeky discount when I’m getting a lot done. The salon also, has a stamp card for every 9 sessions the 10th one is free, which is nice.
Had an absolutely amazing experience with Mia, she went over and above with the designs - even better than what the picture I initially showed her. I will never go to anyone else! She is so attentive and listens, give great advice and is so much fun! Very happy customer!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love Diamond Nails! The team is always so lovely, friendly, and accommodating. I naturally have nails that curve upwards, and it’s been really hard in the past to find a nail tech who truly knows how to work with that. But here, they just get it, they know exactly how to apply extensions so they look natural rather than pointing upwards. That kind of skill is rare to find! The salon itself is always super clean and welcoming, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend them! Special shout out to Anna, 7 and Ling - love her amazing nail tech !!!
So happy that i found my perfect nail salon. its very clean and modern salon with nail professionals who are always so attentive and work driven. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and clients. Everyone is satisfied and is using this place on regular basis now. Exceptional thank you to Nina who is just a nail fairy.
They lied to me, they told me they were putting biab on my nails, they didn’t they used acrylic and hard gel it chipped off in the 1st week. Also gave me heat spikes, from the acrylic which wouldn’t happen with biab. Not to be trusted and shoddy work
The nails techs here never miss. I get compliments on my nails constantly. There’s never been a design they’ve not pulled off and they’re super lovely when they do it. If I could give them more than 5* I would. Only place I’ll go
Went here to get a classic manicure. Their website clearly states ‘Classic manicure with normal polish- £14’. Got my nails shaped, cuticles cut etc and was then asked if I’d like polish. I said “yes”, assuming it was already part of the service. The lady doing my nails then spoke to (who I presumed was the manager) at the front desk in their language. She then tells me “Nail polish takes extra time. You should have told me you wanted nail polish at the start of the manicure.” Bear in mind, this was my first ever experience getting a manicure, and I was anxious about going, so gullible old me just accepted it and opted for the manicure with no polish. I go to pay, and am then told it’s £15. I could have sworn it was £14 when I checked the website earlier, but okay. When walking home, I checked the website again, and yep—very clearly states £14. I don’t care much about being overcharged by a pound, but it’s just the principle, you know? They could clearly tell I was new to this whole thing and I feel like they took advantage. Overall, not a nice first experience for me and won’t be returning to this place.
I went to get my and my friends nails done and they look perfect! very friendly staff and made sure we were happy. great quality and great prices , the manager was also very friendly will definitely go back!
