   Literally obsessed with this place!! Prices are not overpriced at all especially considering the INSANEEE nail are they did on me. So friendly and everyone there is so sweet. This is the longest I’ve ever had nails last. The retention is similar to like private nail techs who are 2x the price. I showed them my Pinterest board and they worked crazy magic on my nails and made my vision come to life. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for cute and pretty affordable acrylics and and amazing nail art. (Keep in mind they only take cash but that’s a small price to pay for the beautiful work they did for me!) can’t wait to go back in the next few days for my fill

   I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for the past few months and was initially very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined lately. Over the past three visits, my powder and shellac nails have started peeling or coming off within just one to two weeks — something that never used to happen before. It didn’t seem to matter which technician did them, the results were consistently poor. It makes me wonder if they’ve started using lower-quality or cheaper products. Service has also gone downhill. Whether you book an appointment or not, you end up waiting — often over 20 minutes, even with a booking. And if you don’t book, they simply say they don’t have time for you. On my last visit, while I was getting my nails removed due to them peeling off again, another older lady came in with the same issue and asked for a refund. Sadly, the staff were speaking about her in their own language, clearly unprofessionally, instead of handling the situation with empathy and respect. It’s disappointing to see how much the experience has changed. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering refunds for poor service, they brush it off or act rudely. Unfortunately, they prioritise quantity over quality. I won’t be returning — it’s just not worth the money or time anymore.

   This is an amazing salon. They have incredible staff and really go full out! They are amazing people and really make sure you get the proper service! The prices are definitely worth it. Definitely recommend and there is no doubt they will see me again! Go now!!

   Not as clean as it should be. My gel nails didn't last 10 days. Average price, it is not cheaper than other places in the region. The professional who did my nails was polite and nice, but overloaded with other tasks as front desk receptionist and kept pausing my nails to attend to the front desk and cashier. I will not return. I believe management should review internal procedures to offer better customer service.

   As I sow the store is always busy I thought is great place to done my nails but unfortunately it was the worse experience that I had after less than a week my nails paint has came off and around my nails start coming off as well unfortunately not recommended at all. Don’t waste your money

   I selected Nail Plaza for my 2 year old daughter who's crazy about her nails and my choice was the best I could have for my kid. The customer experience was amazing with Hanh. My daughter enjoyed the way her nails were done with her choice of colours and stickers. I keenly look forward to getting more appointments at nail plaza to get the best looks out of our nails.
