   I've been coming here regularly, they have more colours that other salons don't e.g. sheer mauve, muted burgundy, more browns for natural darker skin look, etc. I also love that they make the nail shape narrow, shorter and elegant, whereas other salons often think bigger is better. Very pleasant, professional service. The lady who usually does my nails is always gentle, careful, detail oriented and very polite. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean, bonus - a TV playing programmes to pass the time. I normally go for Biab and shellac, but also tried designs, and it was done very well.

   I visited this salon for a pedicure during my lunch break and was really disappointed with the experience. My nails were filed unevenly — one square and one round — and when the pedicure was finished, the technician dried my feet with a towel that had already been used on another customer sitting next to me, which felt very unhygienic. I had asked for a French pedicure, but the white tips were painted on quite thick. When I politely asked if they could be made thinner, the technician sighed and seemed annoyed. I rarely write negative reviews, but I left feeling really upset. I don’t often spend money on treating myself, and this experience was far from relaxing or enjoyable

   2nd time here. First rime good. But also my first time with extensions so not a good judge. Today left with sore nails as the skin under neath the acrylic is glues to it.. nails done by 2 different men.. who were rushing and not professional.. asked for short rounded square.. got told "yeah yeah" as a response! A couple of nails are woo wide at tip.. burned with the filing machine.. and very rough while turning fingers about left and right! Glue all over skin and rough bits not filed off the tips of nails properly. Don't go here all they want is money! £33.00. Also no hygiene! Rude staff.

   Unfortunately I had to put one star (should be none) but the review wouldn't go on otherwise. First time had acrylics done, not a bad job, but kept having two or three people to do the job. I then decided to have the gel the next time around but what they don't tell you is the the Acrylic and Gel pots are the same - they just put the initial A and G on the tops but its the same powder in both them - they are both Acrylic. So people are paying more when asking for Gels but they are actually getting Acrylic which is cheaper. They also gave me a card so that every time I came in for treatment they would tick if off and said that after this card is full the next one would be free, but when I presented my card after filling it they said that it was only a certain percent off, not free so still had to pay £20.00 - This place is a big rip off!!!! I will definitely not be going back there!

   Staff don't listen nor follow your instructions but do there own thing… Owner is sweet and polite but needs to tidy up shop & have tubs/equipment clean as there are no standards or checks Alot of time wastage as i was made to wait almost 3 hours (basic mani/pedi) between nail process to accommodate others so they need to understand all paying customers are equal. Work is ok & prices are fair System is good & would return but only when not busy

   Some of the staff were rude. The first man who did my nails spoke to his colleagues then would slapped my hand about when he wanted me to move it. If you want to keep your business, treat people with respect.

   First and last time at this nail salon and it was an awful experience from start to finish. Did not get what l asked for due to language barrier and the two Asian men working in the shop were rude.
