    I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Rushed and a very bad job! Never going back !! I went in to get my acrylics taken off with a manicure. The lady who was doing my nails was the owner. She kept on taking customers and as it was getting closer to shutting the shop she rushed me. She took another lady who wanted something that would take longer and cost more. She charged me full price for take off and manicure. Whereby she just took cuticles off no top coat or hand massage. Do a good job on customer you have in front of you rather than keep on taking customers when you are closing soon!

    I love Laura's nails. I had mine done by such a lovely young lady. You could tell she really made sure my nails were perfect. I often take my daughter who is 8 and they treat her like a princess.

    Had an absolutely amazing experience here. Most definitely the best place I have been to for a set of acrylics. Staff were so lovely and took so much care in trying to make the set as perfect as possible. The shape and design were identical to the reference picture I showed. I was asked throughout the process whether I was happy with how the nails looked and if you are not 100%happy with something they are more than happy to change and redo the nails until you are completely pleased with them. Will definitely be coming here again. So happy with my nails!

    Absolutely awful. Originally had a woman doing my nails. I asked if they could do marble nails and they said they could. A man took over once she’d stuck my nail tips on. He started putting the gel powder on half way down my nail and then on the top which made it all uneven. I had loads of bubbles and bits of fluff stuck in the powder. He then tried to do the marble and kept trying and rubbing it off. It got to the point that the plastic tip had gone soft and bendy but he was still trying. He then managed something, I said it doesn’t look like marble, he tried telling me it was similar which it wasn’t even close. He also did the acrylic and gel powder so close to my skin it’s touching in places and hurts. The woman then came to take over again because she could see I wasn’t happy. When she was filing my nails they were now really tender and hurting, no a clue how they managed that! She did the marble and it was ok. But I’ve got gel nail polish all over my hands. I ended up just saying I was happy because I needed to be somewhere and I had been there for almost 2 hours for something that should have taken no more than an hour. My nails are all misshapen and wonky. The natural nail in places is wider than the acrylic. At the end the woman told me “normally we charge more for marble but I’ll charge only £35” I shouldn’t haven’t agreed but I really needed to be somewhere and didn’t have time to sit there having them taken off. It also would have hurt having to have them off as my nails already hurt. Overall horrible experience and will be having them taken off tomorrow somewhere else

    The workers at this salon are so friendly! The person who did my nails was so gentle and had attention to detail. They didn't even allow me to ask for anything to be tweaked my experience was amazing and stress free ! This was my second time but i will be visiting more often. Thank you guys!! X
