If i could 0 i would! I got told im being difficult because I wasnt happy with my supposed coffin shape and also not straight nails! Tried to tell me its my finger when ive never had this problem before and then being called difficult! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Also have photos just not sure how to post! Will be telling everyone to avoid
I wish I could give 0 stars, I went to get my nails removed not only was she hurrying up the work but also she left it incomplete. She took 15 pounds for nothing, there was no top coat forget that she did not even file the nails properly and when she started getting more customers she started doing her job very fast and roughly. Poor experience
Very Disappointing. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never had such a bad experience. I recently moved to Egham and was looking for a local nail salon — unfortunately, this one was a complete letdown. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for nearly an hour. When I was finally seen, the result was shockingly poor: my nails were thick, uneven, and the polish was messy. The tips weren’t fully painted, the sides were missed, and the corners of my nails were left sharp and uncomfortable. When I politely asked if they could fix it, I was told the problem was the colour I chose with no solution offered, no effort to improve the result, and not even an apology. To make matters worse, I was still charged for this terrible service. It was a complete waste of money, and I now have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon.
The service at Top Nails is incredible. Friendly and informal atmosphere while still upholding professionalism. My nails looked amazing at the end; the best acrylics I’ve ever had.

Best nail shop in Egham and surrounding areas. I always get SO many compliments on my nails, they’re beautiful and they’re such good quality every single time I come here before going on holiday. The owners are always very friendly and helped me choose what colour scheme would look best on me! I love my sparkly nails and my sister loves her funky design too, thank you! :)

There is a lot of building work going on in Egham at the moment. I was pleasantly surprised to find Top Nails is still open. So happy they could fit me in without a booking.
Lan and B have always been courteous and if you are willing to be a bit flexible will fit you in whenever they can. They have an extensive range of products in a wide variety of colours and give sound advice about how long products last. Recently they lowered their prices on SNS as the advice is no to change it more frequently. Thank you
Absolutely disgusting customer service. So rude when speaking to customers, and charged an extra £5 for just one nail extension. Even though I was already paying for manicure and pedicure. The spa pedicure was filled with freezing cold water, as was the hand soak for my manicure, there was dead skin floating from the previous customer which I made them drain and refill. There was disgusting toe nails on the hand rest where I was getting my pedicure. It’s like they didn’t even want to work there. Barely shaped my nails, spending a total of 2 minutes on both hands. It’s without a doubt the most unhygienic place I have ever been to. They don’t bother cleaning after the previous customer. Absolutely vile, save your health and money!
