went there today to get gel polish, good quality and value for money. the staff were friendly and made sure i was happy with each step. would definitely recommend!
Waiting for them to reply to my message but got my nails done Thursday and 4 of them broke off by Monday. Not really impressed .
The level of care and attention to detail shown by the lovely guy who did my nails on this occasion was far superior to anything I have ever experienced before. He took his time on them to the point where they kept the salon open past it's closing time, made suggestions on how to adapt the desglign idea I'd shown him in order to improve it, and just generally took care in doing everything perfectly to make sure they were perfect. Absolutely brilliant customer service and all the other staff members are lovely too. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else now!
I loyally went to this salon for about 3 years. A majority of the staff are very kind and polite. However, there are better salons in the area who use better quality products and overall offer a better service. I used to ask for designs here a lot but they always said it was too advanced for them - so I could only ever get standard designs. They would often file my skin off to the point it was painful leaving my cuticles very sore for days. I would recommend other salons such as Pretty Nails in Staines-upon-Thames and Glamorous Nails in Windsor - overall both offer a better quality service.
the shop does very bad, quickly damaged nails, but take the money first, everyone should stay away, get high prices, very bad shop only worth one star
Came here for the first time to get white tip acrylics for my graduation. The nails were lovely and the staff made sure I was happy with them each step of the way. The nails have lasted me a month! It's much longer than I expected them to last as when I have had acrylics before I believe they have lasted up to three weeks without breaking. Only two have broken in the last day (Haven't found the time to visit to remove them yet) and I got them on almost five weeks ago now. Will definitely be going to them for acrylics again.
all 10 acrylic nails snapped off within a week of having them done. charged extra bc of the length which i’ve never been charged extra for at any other nail salon, they also weren’t double tips so quite an unnecessary additional charge, felt quite judged for not having short acrylics too. wouldn’t recommend
It was my first time and the staff was very caring and polite. They gave me a positive energy and they are very professional and excellent at their work! I am looking forward to do my nails again there!❤️
