Absolutely amazing salon, I always come out with the best nails and get so many compliments. Staff are so friendly and always take the time to get to know you and talk to you about what kind of nails you're after. I also had such a good prediction from here. Would 100% recommend!

**UPDATED REVIEW** I’ve been here three times now and my review below was left after my first visit. After the last two times I’ve changed my mind. Where the staff are very friendly and polite, the service is similar to other local salons. My nails were burned after the second visit from the gel removal and the this time my nail s are things and slightly uneven and the nails on my left hand still have gel base on them. I called in the morning and was told to come at a certain time, I asked if I should leave my name to secure the appt and was told no, I arrived on time but as they were both busy, I was waiting for half an hour. I left to run some errands nearby, I came back 20 mins later and two other men had come in for pedicures so I was seen when I arrived but I felt like my nail tech was rushing as he was doubled up. A number of times he was looking away whilst using the electric file removing the gel. My nails feel really flat and painful, esp on my thumb which burned during the appt. I was planning to use the salon regularly to remove gels (I have a regular long term nail artist that lives far away) but now I think I’ll stick to travelling far for removals with my actual nail artist. **Original Review for gel removal** I had gel on my natural nails done elsewhere but I wanted a week of bare nails ahead of my next appointment with my regular nail tech who lives far away. So I went here to remove the gels, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The phone was answered within a couple of rings. The person I spoke with was polite and wasn’t rushing me off the phone. I got there and someone came to see me within a minute, he removed the gels without damaging my actual nails, or cutting my skin or cuticles which happens in other salons(!!). Honestly I felt welcome and taken care of which I’ve never felt at a salon before. Hats off! I usually go to someone in east London because I e developed a relationship with her around the designs I like etc. but Nail Lounge has become my local nail salon when I need it. I visited this beautiful Nail lounge recently, booked an appointment for SNS ( first time trying SNS). I loved the fact that I arrived and got seen straight away it was such a lovely atmosphere not over crowded & you could tell they cared about customer service. My nails look fabulous & will definitely be returning for SNS again. Thank you very much!
Booked this place for my partners Birthday pedicure & manicure. However when we got there they said they didn’t have enough staff. Staff were rude and arrogant.
I got my nails done from here and I am so happy with the experience. It is so clean and new. I had such amazing service, they even gave me 20% off and told me this offer lasts until end of January, I’ll definitely be bringing my friends and family here too. I really can’t fault, this will be my new nail shop!
