   Candy nails is always my to go nail shop but this time the service was so horrible… I went in with my daughter who also was getting her nails done…I had also with me my 9 months old. We told them what he wanted and the salon was empty! My daughter waited 40 mins and for me the guy said do not take her on until her daughter is done so she can hold the baby… so I ended up waiting over an hour and when still had to do my toes holding the baby as I’m used to it and she is quiet… just the wait 1 hour 30 mins made even more tired and the baby too. So the guy rushed the toes nails and didn’t do it properly! Did my shallac after which doesn’t look smooth at all, all whabbly and let corners not done properly which I’m sure will chip so quickly… We ended in the salon 2 hours 30 mins. People coming in and seen before us .. really did fustrate me and the guy who doing nails was rude… I told hi the colour I wanted and he was like go choose the nail bottle… Normally when we come here me and my daughter get nails done same time as the baby stays in the buggie fine or holding her with one hand and we done less than an hour. However the dragging on from them ended up

   We went to get our nails done but the guys who did our nails started started shouting at us when we asked him to fix one if the nails. We asked him to redo the nails but he responded by saying 'we don't have enough time to fix your nails'. The customer service is dreadful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

   I have been going to this salon for approximately 4-5 months now, and I have seen changes in their service, which I do not like. When I first went, I had the older lady always do my nails, which she did ok. Then, every time after I would go there, the older man started doing my nails, and I did not like his attitude. He was rude in his tone and facial expressions when talking to me, and most of the time, I couldn't understand what he was saying. I feel he would talk to the other staff about me in their language too. The nail service is definitely not good quality as I feel it is always rushed with not much attention to detail. I had a foot treatment done a couple of months back which when I was watching other customers have theirs done the lady didn't do everything to my feet as the others were doing and again rushed the job like it was an inconvenience to her. I am absolutely disgusted at the services, given that I am paying my hard earned money for. I am currently looking for a better salon to go to to pay for a better service. In addition to this, on one visit there I paid by credit card and the older man told me the price it was. I paid but later discovered that he took more than he charged me from my card as my credit card statement showed he took £10 more than what my treatment was. Be very careful with this salon shop as they are not customer focused, professional, or legit. If he can sneakily take more money from me than he was supposed to, then it's possible he can do that again. Upon reading the reviews, it's very clear to me that they have always been this unprofessional and rude as these experiences date back years. My advice is DON'T GO THERE. They are money grabbing people with no quality of service.

   Such bad customer service by the male tech when I asked to change the colour of my nails to the picture I showed him he throw a fit putting his hand up in the air throwing the tissue around he used on my was so rough when fixing my nails, cut me with the drill and his attitude was so off I felt so uncomfortable and upset leaving My nails look awful for the £30 I paid he put acrylics on me when there was no point of having them as my nails are so short

   HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. These nail technicians are very rude and most likely racist too. The way they treated me compared to the other customers was disgusting. The nail tech who did my nails cut me with the nail file and didn’t even apologise and was very passive aggressive when I couldn’t understand what she was saying as her English was not very good. I will never give my hard earned money to these people again who are disrespectful and don’t know how to greet their customers nicely or in a way that’s respectful. I’m going to warn others about this place

   Firstly had to wait 45 minutes despite having an appointment. Whilst waiting, another customer was vocally complaining about her nails and eventually paid and left unhappy. I then got the same girl for infills and 2 new nail acrylic’s. The worst nails I have ever had. Extremely thick, the 2 new acrylics aren’t even stuck to my nail so there’s a gap! Nails aren’t same length either! I tried politely telling her to correct them she wouldn’t listen and said they’re fine! Would never go back there! Only went because I couldn’t get an appointment elsewhere

   Waited over 1hr to get my nails done. When the nail technician finally started my nails she was really rough and made 4 of my finger nails bleed. Which was extremely painful. Manicure was blotchy and not smooth. For £65 pounds I’d rather go elsewhere for a better service.

   Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon before and it’s disappointing because I come to this salon regularly and that’s probably why they were so comfortable. I called up beforehand to see if they had any infill slots available and they said I could come within half hour which was great because I was in a rush that day and it would’ve been ideal. The man started on my nails and then half way through his colleague must’ve spoke to him in their language and said she couldn’t do a design on her clients hand and if he could help her do it, so he looked at me and said “just one second” and went onto help his colleague do the design, instead of the colleague to continue doing my nails, she moved onto do a new clients nails and I was basically just sat there for a good 20 minutes waiting for the man who was supposed to be doing my nails start on someone else’s. I had had a long day in general and was so tired and irritated and that just put the cherry on top. You’d think being a loyal customer they’d treat you with a bit more respect, after waiting 20 mins and my nails being half done I got up and left and went to the other nail shop further up the road who did my nails quicker and better. Oh and it’s much more cleaner. Never returning to candy nails again. Very poor service.
