   I visited Oasis Nails for the first time last weekend, and it was a huge letdown. My friend had already warned me not to try this salon because it’s unhygienic, but since other nail salons were fully booked, I decided to give it a chance, hoping the experience would be better. Unfortunately, my friend’s warning turned out to be true. The treatment area was far from clean, and the nail technician rushed through the process, leaving my nails messy and poorly done. The staff spent most of their time chatting with each other rather than focusing on their customers, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional. After leaving, I checked the salon’s Google reviews and was shocked to see how poor the ratings were. This was my first and last visit. I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service. Save your time and money. There are plenty of better nail salons out there! Hopefully this salon can improve their quality.

   I’ve been going to Oasis nails for about 6 years now, and it is the best nail bar I’ve ever been too. The staff are so friendly and the lady who does my nails every 3 weeks now knows exactly what I like and even suggests different styles to me which I’m so grateful for. I love this nail bar and would never bother to go anywhere else because of how amazing they are. Overall the services are fantastic and reasonably priced. Only comment I have is that I’m not really a pink person, so sometimes I struggle to find a colour suitable for me. I have recent got into getting SNS per my nail tech’s recommendation which has truely changed my life, but I need some more blues and greens and other subtle colours as otherwise the colours are all very girly which is not for me. In general cannot recommend this place more! Oasis nails has changed my life and my nail experience, I have actually been able to grow my own nails and for a biter like myself this is amazing.

   I paid £40 and insisted I want a quality work but ended up with the worst experience. The lady failed to do a manicure and just did gel and did an awful job. Glues are visible from everywhere and nail painted awfully. Will never visit again. Money wasted. Plus, only accept cash and no card payment. Needs to be reported to HMRC

   Worst nail shop. Don’t bother using them. Went and had a pedicure 3 days ago and the gel has lift all off and is wet underneath. Went back and asked them to correct it. And they said for me to wait 3 hours or come back each day when not busy. Clearly don’t want to correct it. Worst customer service and so rude.

   The young lad is rubbish at both manicure and pedicure. He was rushing to finish quickly. He ruined the shape. Nails look horrible; shorter and each one look different in shape. Even the pedicure was rubbish. Spent £52 what a waste of money. By all means avoid the young boy. Lyn and the others are good. I’m really disappointed and annoyed.
