   Incredible service! My friend and I walked in and there was availability but you can also book if you'd prefer. The nail techs kept double checking to make sure everything looked OK, and there was a large selection of colours and shapes available. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the designs were replicated very well! Took about an hour to an hour and a half and cost me £43 for a set of new acrylics, gel polish, and design. I'd highly recommend, and I would definitely come here again!

   Haven’t had my nails done for a long time, decided to treat myself. I also took my friends daughter to get her nails painted. I asked for french tip and just nail varnish on my friends daughter. I sat down and whilst in the process of getting my nails done, another customer walked in and demanded that the person doing my nails see to her. She came in saying oh you all look the same, I’m not sure which one, whilst laughing, she just kept saying you all look the same and then decided it was the tech that was with me. I was shocked by her behaviour, but the nail tech left me and proceeded to attend to her demands. Another tech then took over. I was charged £36????! and £10 for my friends daughters nails, who just had one quick coating, her nails weren’t even fully covered, my nails were thick and felt sore for a couple of days. Seriously bad service, over charged, and they speak about you in their language. Will never ever visit here again! Don’t go by there website prices, ALWAYS ask for price before you let them proceed

   I walked in on a Tuesday around 5:15 pm for a manicure. It was the first time I used this salon. I asked for a normal French manicure (not shellac). Everything was beautiful until the next day when the manicure started to exfoliate. So I paid £ 15 for a one day manicure. They use a bad quality products.I admit that this nail shop was a bad choice. I do not recommend.

   Service is impersonal. I don’t expect to engage in a conversation if one doesn’t want to but at least acknowledge that I’m speaking to one. The quality is very poor. I did gel on natural nail. The technician had to redo my nail a few times, including both file and polish, still wonky, one of them has a visible hair in it! The tools and areas were visibly NOT clean. I was reluctant to put my hand into the drier. Really icky! I moved from Walton, where I went to Holly Nails. A couple of pounds more expensive but personal service, drinks, cream and massage and friendly staff. Will not be making this mistake again. Thank you!
