   I recently had a truly awful experience at chertsey nails! it was the worst nail job I've ever had. The lady was incredibly rough, making almost all of my nail beds bleed. Despite my requests for her to be gentle, she ignored me completely, pushing back on my cuticles with excessive force and even using her nails to clean around my skin, which was painful. The final result was a complete mess. She couldn't even manage to cover my entire nail beds properly and did the painting in the messiest possible way!! I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

   Went to get my gel nails taken off and the care and time taken to remove them was fantastic. Very reasonable prices, and the gentlemen and lady who run it are very lovely! Definitely recommend!

   Absolutely love this shop they are such lovely people who actually care about you they don’t rush you and overcharge your for little extras and add ons. I have built a great relationship with the owners and I will never go anywhere else. Nails are done to perfect and the pedicure is amazing with leg and foot massage they really take their time and make you you look and feel great. I love this place ❤️

   Worse nail shop in Chertsey by far, won’t recommend, the lady that served me, destroyed my nails and refuse three times to get them properly done. Her nail art is actually, TERRIBLE couldn’t do a straight line!!!! She made my nail beds bleed! Which I never had this problem before, going to any nail salons! Won’t recommend! Unless you want to see how badly she does your nails. I asked for a lower price, because she made me bleed. She then said your: cuticles are too big and I was like, I never had a problem before with them!!! Her husband or the guy was really nice and polite though, he understood and ask her to do it again three times he told her. I am absolutely saddened with the quality I’ve gotten.

   Had my nails done and was meant to be £35 then got charged a extra £5 . Had to pay before my nails was even done .. after they was finished the nail colour was not covering my nails the acrylics was not put on properly then painted on my skin . I left and called up the next morning for a refund they told me no and told me to come back in and they would smooth them and re paint which I let them do . To then find my nails was cut and started to bleed a solution was then applied which made my fingers sting and the nails didn’t look any better after I still got no refund even though I paid Extra £5 for a design they could not even do I do not recommend at all !

   Went there for a full set and shellac and once the lady finished I told her I wasn’t happy because the colour shellac wasn’t even covering the whole nail and I had loads of acrylic around my skin and under nails which hurt to try and pick off! My cuticles are so sore from where she pushed back and didn’t do proply! When I complained she didn’t see what the issue was even though I was showing her look colour isn’t covering whole nail and my skin is covered in acrylic. I asked for a refund and got told no we can’t do that as you still have nails on! Will not be going back there again nails are still sore now!!!

   Should be 0 stars. Had my acrylics done here and they are by far the worst quality I have ever seen. They had to re do them whilst I was in the shop, meaning I was there for around 3 and a half hours. Still bad. I called them up to ask for someone else to re do them for free, they were extremely rude on the phone. Saying they don’t care if they’re bad and they get a lot of complaints, and that I don’t know what good nails are because I’m too young (I’m 21). They then hung up the phone. Disgusting. They also refused to use shellac for some reason so you can see straight through the polish... will never go here again!

   I have just had the worse experience in this salon. The cuticles have not been removed properly and when I changed my mind on the colour - I've developed white marks on my nails and you would see it with a French manicure, they offered to put a colour on instead. I asked them to redo the cuticles as well. Whilst taking the white tip off they removed the colour off of my new flip flops, worn once and the young girl said not to worry about it and was rude and dismissive- she did nt even apologise for my shoes being ruined. I was not impressed with the quality of the pedicure and her attitude and decided to leave with out any nail varnish being applied. The young girl started shouting at me to pay. I refused to pay for a substandard pedicure, where they ruined my new shoes. Please avoid if you don't want to have an experience like mine.
